Great. The technician was prompt and professional especially since he was working under covid19 pandemic obstacles. It was a super hot day, but he was diligent about finding the blockage (birds nest). He entered the hot attic to find and clear the blockage

I had a great experience with Mr. Duct yesterday. Robert was right on time and very knowledgeable on how to clean our air ducts. Getting them cleaned was long overdue as it had been 10 years or so. I appreciate that Robert let me tag around with him to watch what he was doing. He was also gracious to answer all of my questions. The work he did was great and his cleanup was great as well. I would highly recommend Mr. Duct to my friends and for sure consider you on the top of the list when I do it again in 4 or 5 years. Thank you again for the great job…I appreciate it.

Excellent service from initial phone call to the completion of service. I repaired my old dryer and cleaned the wall vent myself, but still was not obtaining the results still took- 4 hrs to dry towels. So, I ordered a new dryer which was supposed to be delivered on Friday. I thought I would get the roof vent cleaned to start fresh with the new dryer. I called several places only to get a recording or text message informing me they were busy and would call me later. Contacted Mr. Duct . and received prompt service from a wonderful live person Informing me of their services, coupons and available special discounts. I was able to schedule for the next day. The technician was prompt, thorough and Respectful. Explaining exactly what they did and what they found, showing Me the Impacted lint ..Ran a test load and all was clear. After they left I ran another load of the same amount of towels which Instead of 4 hrs took 35 minutes. So no need for the new dryer . Thanks to Mr. duct, I was able to cancel my new dryer since My old Kenmore Now works great. Excellent service and staff!

I found Mr Duct on google when my dryer suddenly stopped venting outside. They cane out the same day to my relief and surprise! Someone called just before the crrew was due to arrive. Ryan and Colton were very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They explained the process and everything went very well. They even cleaned up outside after clearing the vent. I’ll definitely use this company again!

You could tell the difference right away after the job was completed in the air quality. The crew was on time, polite, professional. Felt it was very reasonably priced.
