They were very good. When I called them, they had someone come out the next day and he showed up on time. He had all the tools he needed and he did a great job. He cleaned it out thoroughly and I could even hear the difference with the air flow. He replaced the hose and he made sure that everything was good. He was very friendly and was a pleasure to work with. I would definitely hire him again and I would highly recommend them.

Technician Juan was right on time. He was very professional, friendly, efficient and thorough. All my questions were answered and Juan explained in detail the entire process he was going to perform. We were very pleased with this service.

It went great. Arrived on time and performed work as per the scope of the proposal. And very thorough assessement of the work that needed to be done including before and after pictures of the work. I was impressed by the amount of detail in their reports as well as how responsive the front office is from beginning to end. I would definitely hire them again!

I would have the service done again but by someone else. The guys arrived and as they started they discovered a part of their equipment was broke. One of the guys had to leave to go get a part to fix the hose they use. The furniture needed to be moved to get to the vents but they did not return it back to its original positions. They also did not clean up after themselves. There were clumps of dust bunnies near and around each floor and ceiling vent that they did not clean up. Also when they cleaned out the driver vent outside they got the lint that came out all over my husbands car. They could have asked him to move it.

I called Mr. Duct to clean my air vents and furnace after closing on my home. They were able to get me in the same week of my closing and communicated with me up until the technicians arrived at my house. The service I received was great. The technicians, Marcos and Fernandos, were knowledgeable, professional and explained everything very well. I am pleased with the work they did and the care and diligence they took with making sure to keep my home clean as well. I will definitely be using your company again in the near future.

There are so many of these companies out there now. I wanted to try someone new since the last time I had the ducts cleaned. I read reviews about Mr. Duct and decided to call them. My work associate had Mr. Duct (Adrian to be more specific) before me. She is kind of hard to please but gave rave reviews about him and his work. I then had Adrian. He found stuff in my ducts that the previous company missed! Very punctual, very professional, very clean.

When I saw some soot around a wall vent opening, I took off the vent cover and noticed how the duct was realllllly dirty. It had been awhile since they were professional cleaned outside of my cleaning a little bit with a vacuum cleaner (when I remember). Beside a furnace, A/C I also have a whole humdifier and air purifier attached to the furnace. I received serveral estimates for cleaning and was amazed at the price increases since the last time I had the ducts cleaned. Mr Duct was reasonable, asked the most pertinent questions regarding my system and I scheduled with them. They were completely professional, followed COVID 19 guidelines and did a more thorough job than the last time I had it done. They showed me after pictures. I highly recommend Mr. Duct.
