Was very pleased to get an appointment the same day. Samples provided fit request I made which was a specific color and reasonable price. Installation was quick and everything returned to its original position. Everyone was professional and very responsive. Wish I had known about Mr. Carpet before so I could have been enjoying my new carpet sooner.

A great company! Everyone involved in the process was very professional and responsive. The original stair runner installed needed to be replaced and they did so quickly and professionally. I would definitely use them again! Wish all companies were run this way.

Mr. Carpet sales rep responded quickly to my request for an estimate. I was clear on the phone that I was interested in neutral colors and reasonably priced. Mary brought a nice selection of samples for me to pick from. About a week later I was called to set up an installation date. Four men arrived on that date and worked hard. They moved all my furniture, removed all the old carpeting and installed the new that day. They were very professional.

They did an excellent job at a good price. Everything was done very promptly, I have no complaints about Mr Carpet and would recommend them to anyone!

Came out with carpet samples and provided an estimate. Very friendly, patient (as I struggled with the color and carpet type) and helpful in providing recommendations as to padding, carpet types, etc. Not a high pressure sales pitch - just helpful suggestions. Scheduled an appointment on a Saturday. Team arrived on time, with the carpet, and did a great job of installing the pad and carpet. They do outsource the installation, and my crew did a nice job. They finished on time, and I'm very pleased with the quality of the product and the installation. Would definitely recommend, and would hire again.

It was a very good experience. Sarah, one of their representatives came home with samples and matched it up very well with the existing carpeting. She clearly laid out what to expect, when the installers would come and the cost estimates. Everything went according to the plan. We are very happy with the work done.

I was happy with the quality of the carpeting and installation, but thought the price was just a little high. Two complaints: 1) when the installers arrived, they asked if they could lay out the carpet in my garage in order to cut it. Because we had just moved into the house, the garage was full. It also would have been too dirty to cut carpet. They had to go back to the warehouse to cut it and then return to my house. 2) because carpeting was being installed on two sets of very steep, shallow steps, I had requested very thin padding (Mike agreed that this would be safest). However, when the installers got to the steps, I double-checked and, sure enough, they were getting ready to put the thick padding on. There was nothing on their work order to indicate a different padding for the steps. I was lucky that the installers had enough of the thin padding on their truck. On a minor note: I had asked Mike to send me samples of area rugs for my living room and I've never received them.

Mike and everyone who works for him is responsive and courteous. The installers arrived on time, did a great job and were very pleasant. A big advantage with Mr. Carpet is that the installers also move your furniture. I would use them again!

It went WONDERFUL! They arrive early, the area is completely cleaned (except for the carpeting). And immediately following installation... We received a 2lb box of Fannie Mae candies. Does it get any better? My husband and I highly recommend this company for excellent customer service, excellent installation and great follow up. We will be ready for stage 3 soon!

My husband and I were extremely pleased by the professionalism and most of all the honesty of the entire Mr. Carpet staff. They were responsive, prompt, and answered all our questions in a straight-forward, no nonsense way. Mike gave honest, helpful advice and took into account our needs/requests. When we found a lower price, Mike was willing to talk through the estimate-- and shared he gives his best price the first time. While the $$ was not the lowest we could find-- we appreciated the honest, upfront pricing, and knowing that we didn't get taken by not haggling or bargaining enough (the experience we had with another shop-at-home company we shopped as well). The quality was probably better than the cheaper option as well. In the end, the service was impeccable-- quick install at the time we requested, and you can't beat a small business that is honestly run! Thx-- Sara & Steve

I have used this company in the past to install hardwood floors in 2 of my bedrooms and was very pleased. Therefore , I contacted them to come back and do the hardwood floors in my living, dining room and up the stairs to the bedrooms. As before I felt the workmanship of Joe and Henry was outstanding and I absolutely love my floors. I did ask them to come back a week or 2 later to do a very small amount of caulking,which they did with no problem. Sarah came out and we found a good color runner for my stairs, and that was installed a few weeks later. I'm really happy I did that , since it is nicer to walk on carpet, when climbing the stairs, and I felt the runner brought the entire room together. Overall they are a very good small business, that is honest, effecient and does a very good job. I would hire them again.

Returned our intial call promptly and showed up promptly for sales call. Sales person was knowledgeable and low pressure. Not the lowest cost provider, but prices were roughly competitive, and we were able to get high quality product and a timely and professional installation.

We were thrilled with the helpfulness and professionalism of the staff at Mr. Carpet. Mike came out right away with tons of carpet samples and helped us pick out the perfect runner for our stairs. The runner had to be special ordered but the staff at Mr. Carpet always kept us informed of the status of our order and on the approximate installation date. When the carpet did arrive, the installer did a great job and was very efficient and professional. We would highly recommend Mr. Carpet.

I called Mr. Carpet and it was easy to set up an appointment. Easy to contact by phone and email. He came out with a lot of samples. Not pressure-selling. Very informative about interior decor and suggestions. The carpet installers were very neat and very professional. I would definitely recommend.

They are very reliable. They came out when they said they would. They were able to bring samples. I was very satisfied. The installation was done nicely. There were no problems.

Fantastic!! They were timely and did the entire job in less than 2 hours. they were clean and left no mess behind and we absolutely love the carpet. this is the third time we used them and would highly reccomend them

First of all, it was great to have Mike come to my home and supply me with samples and recommendations. He worked within my price range, had plenty of samples - not too many and not too few, assured me big furniture would not be a problem to move by his employees, and Mr. Carpet would provide me with as many bins as I wanted (for free) to put all the odds and ends that had to be boxed up. - all the chotchkees one doesn't think they have but they DO! All the people at Mr. Carpet were very helpful. Andrew, a young man who delivered all the bins AND drove out in bumper to bumper traffic, was so professional. The day before the carpet was to be installed, Mr. Carpet called to confirm day and time. The two carpet installers arrived earlier than the scheduled time but that was great for me - they called before their arrival. I've never seen two guys work harder and they had a lot of heavy lifting to deal with. They did not take any breaks and were in and out within 8 hours. There was one slight problem in that there was not enough carpet for one of the bedroom closets, but 1 week later they were done by an excellent worker. He went around and made sure there were no problems, trimming any loose ends. All employees came with the proper equipment - even their own vacuum and left no mess. I have very strict condo association rules to follow, so it was fantastic that I didn't have to clean up after Mr. Carpet's workers. After that, I had to deal with emptying the bins. Well, that wasn't going to happen overnight with my hectic schedule and the holidays fast approaching! Mr. Carpet was most generous in allowing me to take my time and over a month later, bins (most) were picked up. Mr. Carpet called the day before to tell me Andrew would be coming to get the bins. Andrew called called to let me know he was on his way. Poor Andrew (once again stuck in bumper to bumper traffic) didn't have enough room in his car to take back all the bins, but the remaining bins aren't in my way and Mr. Carpet really works within one's schedule so... Bottom line - this company is excellent overall.

Mike came by with tons of samples for us to look at. He was extremely patient as my wife looked at every one of them at least twice. We found what we were looking for and the guys did a great job with installation. There was allot of moving parts to my situation because we were having other work done on our basement. Mike and his team are easy to deal with and made all the adjustments necessary to accommodate the job.

Our experience with Mr. Carpet was absolutely great. From our initial phone call, Mr. Carpet was nice, knowledgeable and responsive. We worked with Sarah there and she was awesome - it was so refreshing to work with someone who truly provided excellent service. With a new baby we were dreading this project, but Sarah made it so easy for us - bringing samples after samples to our home. She was super flexible (which usually meant she was coming over late at night) and she knew so much about the products and industry. She understood our practical needs with a baby and what our style was like. We love the results and the service was unmatched from start to finish.

I am writing this review nearly a year after they did the work. Michael was very pleasant to work with. When we moved into our condo I was pregnant with our first baby. We have an open floor plan with a large carpet area and Michael worked with us on picking a carpet and padding that would be comfortable, resist stains, and be easy on the eyes. He said we would be spending a lot of time on the floor with our baby, boy was he right! now that she is crawling everywhere and we sit down so much on the floor to play with her we are SO glad that we got a high-quality carpet and padding. It has held up beautifully and really is stain resistant. The floor refinishing guys did excellent work as well. They were fast and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend Michael to anyone.

We had a late appointment (9 P.M.), but Mike didn't rush us into making a decision. He didn't overwhelm us with choices, and quickly zeroed in on the kind of carpeting we wanted. We were just finishing a whole-house remodel, so the one-year, 0% financing really came in handy. The bedroom carpeting turned out to have about a one-week manufacuring delay, but Mary informed us of this right away, and gave us frequent updates. Also, on the day of our installation, someone forgot to inform the installers that we had 2 kinds of carpet that needed to be picked up, so our order had to be laid on two separate days. However, Mary was so apologetic, and she even sent us flowers to make up for our inconvenience! Delays and mistakes can be trying, but it's how a company handles these that matter. It's obvious that everyone at Mr. Carpet really cares about their customers.
