Move-tastic!

Description of Work: Move-tastic! moved us from our 2-bedroom apt into our new house. They were prompt, hard-working, and accommodated using different doors and routes through the house since we had just had the wood floors refinished. They set-up the beds and asked if there was anything else we needed before leaving. They did a great job.

Description of Work: This guys are just great! It was my first time ever to use a professional mover. They were patient, they explained how it goes from packaging to moving to my 2 locations. They are very professional, compassionate, yes and thorough. The whole process takes less than the estimated time, and savings on estimated amount. My stuffs were handled with care.

Description of Work: This company has a really appealing site and decent ratings. I used their website to request a quote for moving, and never got a response. I called to follow up and they were extremely apologetic--some glitch in their system (and they did find my original request) and the person on the phone said she would have someone call me. No response. Not sure what's up over there, but needless to say, I went with another company. Updated: After reading my review here on Angie's List, the owner of the company contacted me via both phone message and was very responsive. It sounds like a true glitch that I fell through the system twice, and I'd give a 2nd chance to anyone who made this much of an effort around fixing a problem. I'm changing the grade from F to D, still not a good grade, I realize, reflecting what did happen, but giving a nod of thanks for the effort. The text will speak more for the customer service than the letter grade in this case.
