McVan Development was thorough and professional in every aspect of my concrete project. Sean McGuire has an expert crew who works efficiently and neatly with Sean making frequent visits to the job site to supervise the process. Unlike other vendors, McVan was able to provide services beyond the cement work which truly made them a one-stop shop. I would not hesitate to hire McVan for any future home project!

I had not heard back from McVan Development even after numerous phone calls. After a week passed by, I heard from them only to find out my job would have two be postponed another two weeks. I understand why the pro was not able to come out (family emergency in another country), however, someone should have called me to explain why no one came on the day they said they would. This company was quick in receive their 50% down payment, but not quick in calling back their customers. It wasn't until I threathen to go with another company that I then received a phone call.

I was going to rate McVan company right after they finished the work, because I was very satisfied with the overall work. But within a week I started noticing a big part of the concrete with a dark discoloration as well as peeling in some edges of it. The rest of the driveway looks very nice and I'm happy with it, but for the amount of money I invested on this project there shouldn't be that kind of noticeable imperfection.

Mr. McVan listened to our request and responded with very good recommendations on how to accomplish our needs. He provided a written quote of work and costs and stayed with the cost amount throughout. He was present with his workmen and made sure all was completed satisfactorily. We are very satisfied with the work done.
