Description of Work: Fred's guys came and cleaned our chair, couch and rug. They did a great job, were friendly, and worked efficiently. This is the second time we've used Fred's Carpet and we were just as happy this time around as the first. We definitely recommend and prefer Fred's company over other commercial companies.

Description of Work: Fred gave us an estimate over the phone and came within the week to do the work. He and his 2 workers showed up on a Saturday and finished the job in 2-3 hours. They did a fabulous job cleaning our 3 piece sectional. Fred also cleaned our woolly rug for an additional $40.00. I was so impressed with the work that he and his crew did. Way better than any other carpet cleaning service we have used in the past.

THE BEST PART IS THAT FRED, UNLIKE MOST OF THE OTHER CARPET CLEANERS WHOM I CALLED, DOES NOT HAVE ANY ''EXTRAS''. HIS PRICES ARE FIXED (PER SQUARE FOOT FOR A ROOM/HALLWAY AND PER STAIR). THE OTHER COMPANIES START OUT WITH A PRICE FOR CLEANING BUT THEN TRY TO ADD ON EXTRAS (SANITATION, DEODORIZER, PET CLEANING,...) WE HAD EVERYTHING FROM PET STAINS TO GUM TO DIRT TO GREASE AND FRED REMOVED IT ALL WITHOUT ANY EXTRA FEES. OUR CARPET LOOKS BRAND NEW. I WOULD DEFINITELY HIRE FRED AGAIN.

THEY CALLED THE DAY BEFORE TO CONFIRM THE FOLLOWING DAY'S APPOINTMENT. THEY WERE COURTEOUS AND NEAT AND EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL. THEIR EQUIPMENT AND VEHICLE LOOKED NEW AND WELL-MAINTAINED. I WOULD VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

FRED CALLED BACK SUNDAY MORNING AND WAS ABLE TO GIVE ME A MONDAY APPOINTMENT. HE CALLED SUNDAY NIGHT TO GIVE ME AN EXACT TIME. HE ALSO CALLED THE DAY AFTER THE JOB TO MAKE SURE I WAS SATISFIED. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. THE PRICES ARE FIXED SO YOU KNOW EXACTLY WHAT THE JOB WILL COST. CARPET IS PER SQUARE FOOT, SOFA IS $70 AND $35 PER CHAIR.
