About us

Since graduating from the School of the Art Institute in 1987, I've worked with art and/or picture framing in just about every capacity possible. I've built frames for MCM, Armand Lee and Frameway. I've packed and moved artwork for Terry Dowd and Icon. I've delivered and installed artwork for Artist's Frame Service. Working with high end designers over the years, I've fostered long relationships with some of Chicago's best. Let me put my years of experience to work for you and help get that artwork off the floor. I myself am not a designer but I've stood next to them long enough to know what works and what does not. I can make informed suggestions but ultimately I am there to make the homeowner happy with where their artwork goes and how it relates to its surroundings. I am prompt, courteous and still enthusiastic about what I do. I enjoy challenges and love solving problems. I treat every piece like it's a Picasso (because sometimes it is!) but just in case, I am insured. I bill at $60.00 an hour (1 hr minimum) and only charge 1/2 hr travel time to suburbs. No charges for hardware and consultations and estimates are free.
