Very educational. I learned some important things about servicing my unit as well as the pitfalls of high quality allergen filters (they can burn out your unit). He was on time, polite, informative, gave me tips to save money, and not condescending. I will definitely be using Deljo again.

I am very happy with the work that was done. They fit me into their schedule promptly, diagnosed the problem accurately, and they came back on a Saturday with the replacement part to finish the job. He also checked to see if the part was under warranty, and it was. He made sure I got discounted part pricing because of that. Overall, very happy and would recommend.

Arrived earlier than scheduled and started looking at the unit before I was home. Jeff was very friendly and courteous. Diagnosed the problem, fixed it, cleaned all filters, suggested new parts (instead of new unit which was 20 yrs. old).

Very well done and excellent customer service skills. Came in in the morning and took about 8 hours to remove old furnace and put the new one in. At the end the worker showed us how it works and told us how to maintain it clean and running. Very happy with my choice of picking them out and very friendly and hard workers. Excellent work.

I initially had some problems scheduling an appointment. The first person I spoke with told me she would have to call me back to schedule the service visit, but she never did. When I called again and spoke with another rep, the appointment was promptly scheduled. The technicians arrived promptly for the appointment and were thorough and courteous. Overall I am very satisfied.

The company is amazing. Very understanding about my missing my first appointment. They did not charge me a fee for it. Secondly, the technician was excellent, explained everything he was doing, replaced my furnace filter, explained to me about the non-working humidifier on my furnace. He was thorough. The deal is amazing. I have to renew it yearly, but for the price of $195 this year, they will check out the a/c unit and the furnace in the fall. I have also become a priority client with this contract. I cannot say enough good things about them. It is a great company.

Deljo responded well and quickly. We received free estimate since we were Angie's List customers. He educated us on our purchase and how to maintain ourselves. We had very friendly service and did not seem rushed like so many vendors.

I called 3 good companies on Angie's List to come and inspect our existing, but old AC system. Deljo was one of them. I told them that I wanted someone who could come take a look at the system and provide us with a solution to the problems we were having with the AC and that we needed an expert to come inspect to tell us if we needed a new system, fix the old system, etc, and we would accept bids from them. Deljo was the final of the three to come out and inspect the premises. When we set the appointment on the phone, there was no mention of any fees, charges, etc, from them at all. Based on the other two companies who came out and did an inspection for FREE (with the hope of getting the job if we replaced the old unit), we assumed all the inspections were free of charge. When Deljo was done, he wrote up an invoice for us and told us there was a charge just to come out and take a look. He provided NO insight into the problem with the old unit and then charged us a house call!

MY WIFE AND I WERE VERY PLEASED WITH DELJO THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE PROCESS OF PURCHASING A NEW FURNACE AND AC UNIT. THEIR SALESMAN WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. ACCORDING TO DELJO'S REP, OUR OLD 2 TON FURNACE BLOWER WAS NOT POWERFUL ENOUGH FOR A 3 LEVEL TOWNHOME. OUR MASTER BEDROOM WAS COLD IN THE WINTER AND HOT IN THE SUMMER. DELJO'S REPRESENTATIVE RECOMMENDED A 3 TON BLOWER. AS FOR OUR AC UNIT, IT HAD BEEN REPLACED 4 OR 5 YEARS AGO BY ONE OF THE PREVIOUS HOME OWNERS. IT WAS VERY BASIC AND NOT INSULATED WELL ACCORDING TO DELJO. DELJO'S REP GAVE US VERY GOOD ADVICE AND OUR HOME IS SO MUCH BETTER NOW. WHEN WILL & JOSE CAME OUT TO INSTALL THE FURNACE AND AC, THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS AND CLEAN. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND DIDN'T COMPLAIN. EVEN CLIMBING TO THE 40' LADDER TO GAIN ACCESS TO OUR ROOFTOP. (NO ROOF ACCESS AT OUR TOWNHOME DEV. NICE ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN!) DELJO EVEN SET UP THE CRANE SERVICE TO REMOVE THE OLD AC UNIT AND LIFT THE NEW AC UNIT TO OUR ROOF.

It went very well. The people who came to install the air conditioner were extremely polite and friendly. They took the time to explain everything to me that they were doing and to make sure I knew how to operate the unit after it was installed. They cleaned up completely afterwards, too. The price was good, too!

Called out for price; Rich was very professional. He even came out twice due to my error. Price was a little higher than others. I preferred the make of the products installed. The guys that did the work were fantastic very clean and professional. Explained everything and answered all questions. I will definitely use them for any future work.

They were really good. Their estimate was clear and they were good about answering all of my questions.

Our technician was really professional and did a great job. I believe his name was Manny. I highly recommend them.

The two guys were running a bit behind in the morning but did call to let me know, which I appreciated. Once they got here they set to work and did a great job of explaining what they were doing (and even helping me figure out what all my fuses did, which of course wasn't part of the job). They were here until they said they would be and I'm very pleased with the work.

My heater was making a horrible noise. We arranged for Deljo to come and repair it. They arrived on time and were respectful. The technician showed me what was going on and replaced the broken part. The job was done efficiently.

I had a very good experience with Deljo heating. I found them on Angie's List and there was a $15 coupon for services, which was great. They have a 24 hour emergency number, but I waited until they were open to call. I called around 8 a.m. and they quoted that a repair person would come a little after 9 a.m., and he did. I have never had such quick service! He fixed the problem in about 35 minutes. It was fast because he had the part on his truck, which was great. He also answered some questions I had about my furnace and gave some recommendations on maintaining it. I will definitely use them again.

My heat stopped working on a cold Friday night around 7 pm. I found Deljo from Angie's List. They had someone here in about an hour. They explained to me costs would be higher because of a night visit. They diagnosed and fixed the problem promptly. They explained what happened and what I needed to do to keep the furnace running well. I subsequently had them do service on the furnace and humidifier. They showed me what they did, how my furnace worked and what to do in the future. Very thorough and very professional.

They were very good. Gave me the information I needed to make a decision. They were very efficient which is important when they charge by the hour.

The work was completed in 2 days. The workers were pleasant, neat and cleaned up very well when completed. Since completed , I have noticed an improvement in the air quality throughout the house.

The representative, Tom, was very nice and helpful. He was scheduled to arrive between 11 - 1. He called approximately 11:00a and asked for specific directions and said he was on his way. He arrived approximately 11:15a. He asked if I had their gold service which helps save money for both furnace and air conditioning maintenance for the year. He completed his inspection and maintenance within 1/2 hour and cleaned up everything behind him.

Very professional. Very courteous from start to Finnish. I highly recommend them and will be using myself in the future.

The people at Deljo are very professional, we have been using them for two years to inspect our A/C in the spring and our furnace in the fall. They contact us at the beginning of the season to schedule an appointment, so we never miss a servicing. The people take the time to explain what work they have done and what recommendations they have for us regarding maintenance, changing filters, etc. This season they even recommended moving some of the things we had stored in our furnace room as potentially hazardous. We've been very happy with them and we really appreciate being on a system where they call us to schedule the routine maintenance.

Our lower A/C stopped working, we called Deljo in to look at it. They cleaned and serviced both units and determined that one needed a new motor, but they need to order it. When the serviceman Tom came to replace it, he found that the old one was functioning fine. (Perhaps it had only needed cleaning). We decided (against Bill the main contact's advice) to just wait and see if it failed again less than a week later, so they came back to replace it. Bill originally wanted to charge me the whole price when I decided not to replace it. In the end he only charged the restock fee of $45. But of course we had to pay for it when we ended up replacing it. Lesson learned!

Service was prompt and polite. Frank came out and spent 2 hours cleaning & maintaining the furnaces;also gave me a diagnosis on the condition of each. Recommended replacing both, especially one, as he had some concerns about its safety. I did replace that one;I guess it's too bad I spent $95 having it cleaned first. In any event, Frank was super nice and polite and detailed in telling me about what he found. I then made an appointment for a salesman to come out and tell me about my replacement options. Salesman, Jim, came out within a day or so and was also quite nice. He spent quite a bit of time measuring the existing furnaces and explained the various options to me. I did not always understand exactly what he was talking about, but in the end I knew what was what. Prices did not seem outrageously high but I did get a quote on a Riehm furnace (Deljo sells Trane and Airease) that was substantially lower, so I went with another company in the end.
