Description of Work: Contracted to clean floor and wall tiles and grout, then caulk tub surround and a couple other areas of the bathroom. | |Floor grout cleaning was done ok. Didn't clean edge around bathroom or corners...just grout in main floor. Did ok to poor job cleaning grout and tiles on walls. | |Where this firm REALLY dropped the ball is with the caulk. The first set of people did a terrible job, then when I complained, they attempted to send someone else who honestly just made it worse. They professed it simply couldn't be done right because of how the tile was installed (which said nothing for the other terrible caulking they did elsewhere), but somehow I was able to tear out their work and do it perfectly in two hours. I asked for a refund for the money I paid for the caulk job. I never received it. | |I would never recommend these people.

Description of Work: They did a superb job. They cleaned off 2 years of dried sewage in my basement. It's so nice to use my basement again. They were very professional and I plan on using them to come back and buff and seal my commercial tiles I have that have been cleaned. Great company.

Description of Work: CSI cleaned our large outdoor limestone patio, which had not been successfully cleaned for well over 10 years. It was very dirty and dingy, and had some moss growth. Several years ago, we spent a significant amount of money to have it power-washed, and could see no difference at all. CSI cleaned a few tiles at no cost to demonstrate the job they could do, before we signed the contract. They were very professional and responsive. I will definitely use them again, and highly recommend them!
