Description of Work: Chicagoland Deck Cleaning provides a very professional level of service. They did a wonderful job on my deck and I've scheduled a second cleaning and sealing for later this summer. But they do get backed up so call to book well in advance.

Description of Work: Chicagoland contacted me within 24 hours via e-mail to inform me that they do not travel to where I live. They did, however, provide me with a list of questions to ask other deck maintenance companies to ensure that I get a quality job. Providing service to someone who can't even become a paying customer speaks well of Chicagoland's business ethics. My only regret is not being able to hire them!

Description of Work: I am a repeat customer. Chicagoland Deck estimated my job quickly. Bill Haderlein, the owner, was very responsive in co-ordinating the work. The fellows who did the work called to confirm & showed a few minutes before the appointment time. The pressure washing was done carefully and brought my deck back to life. The next day they came back at the agreed time to reseal the deck. I could not ask for a better experience.

Description of Work: ASKED BILL HADERLEIN TO ESTIMATE CLEANING AND STAINING OUR GARAGE ROOF-TOP DECK AND THREE SHORT SECTIONS OF FENCE. IN ADDITION TO BEING ON ANGIES LIST, HE HAD DONE WORK FOR TWO OF OUR NEIGHBORS. QUOTED US AN ASTRONOMICAL FEE OF OVER $1800 TO DO THIS WORK. ADDITIONALLY HAD THE AUDACITY TO INSULT THE APPEARANCE OF OUR DECK. HAD DONE OUR NEIGHBORS DECK, WHICH IS APPROXIMATELY 25 LESS SURFACE AREA THAN THE PROJECT WE WERE CONSIDERING, FOR $800. BASED UPON THE QUOTE HE GAVE US, SEEMED QUITE APPARENT HE WAS NOT INTERESTED WORKING ON OUR DECK.
