Techinicians were outstanding! Polite, quick and effecient is the best way to explain it. We have used a differenet company for years in the past, but they insisted it would cost $395 for a non-emergency call just to show up. I shared that with the A1 techs and they were appalled. Ironically, the bill for this repair was significantly less than the $395 non-emergency surcharge from our previous go to plumber. We'll keep using A1 for all our future plumbing needs as long as the provide this kind of service, with the excellent staff and fair pricing from this experience.

A1 was very courteous and prompt. I only had them the one time to unclog a pipe. I would definitely hire again for any bigger jobs I might have.

The clog was very bad. The plumber worked very hard. He never gave up until the water wasn't backing up in the sink anymore.

They came unprepared and had to run out and get something. They also needed to borrow things from us. The project took longer than I expected especially since there were three men working. They didn't wear shoe covers and left a mess for me to clean. But the tub drain now works well.

Tech came over and pretty much knew right away what was wrong. Once we located the greese trap it was just a matter of time before he worked the sewer snake and unclogged the drain. he was patient, was explaining all he was doing and was polite. greatly appreciate all the help today!
