Joseph and Buddy came out and exhausted all avenues to ensure what problem was actually the real problem. They fixed a underground pipe issue in less than 24 hours. Joseph was courteous and professional. A1 has a strong team along with providing a 5 year warranty, they were the easy choice.

Joseph and Buddy did an awesome job with a badly clogged kitchen sink and other connected issues. It feels like we have a new kitchen! We really appreciated their friendly and helpful attitudes. Joseph, the technician, and his apprentice, Zarian, deserve an A+ for all services rendered! Joe is very professional, courteous and knowleagable. He explained the whole job in detail, which I found to be very helpful. They cleaned the catch basin, the main sewer line and the power rod kitchen sink line. They were very prompt and did a great job at cleaning up after the job was finished. I am very happy with A1 Sewer and will definitely call them for future plumbing issues as well as highly recommend them to my family and friends.

I sent out quote requests to 6 different plumbing companies Sunday morning for a clogged sewer line. I included in the request that I currently was unable to use the plumbing in my house. A-1 responded in under an hour. (The others I still either haven't heard from, or didn't respond until late yesterday and today). They were very easy to communicate with. They were the only plumbing contractor I've dealt with that would give me a rough estimate of pricing upfront before I even made an appointment. They were able to come out the same day, no weekend premium! When the tech arrived, he inspected both inside and outside of the house. His pricing was actually lower than the rough estimate. But, after a few attempts at "normal" fixes and running a camera, it turned out our problem was much more severe than we thought. Instead of a clog, we had a collapsed sewer line. He had my husband come out and showed him the live camera feed of what he was seeing. He was able to not only get us a reasonable cost for repair, but schedule to be done the very next day. For those not aware, replacing part of a sewer line is very labor intensive requiring your yard to be dug up, old piping and waste removed, tree roots severed (in our case), new gravel, new pipes, and putting the dirt back. While the overall cost was much more than anticipated, I cannot fault A-1 for the extra cost. They even included fixing a tiny drip leak in our tub drain elbow. So as far as overall cost of the project, I'm quite happy with what they offered. Once the project was completed, they sent me pictures of what had been done during the repair. Again, something that's never been offered before, and that I'm extremely pleased about. According to my husband (he was home while the repairs were happening), the team was a great team and very nice. Even our very skittish German Shepherd wagged his tail for them. Which is no small accomplishment! And I've learned to trust my dog's instinct. My apologies to the techs for not including their names in this review. I'm horrible with remembering names and I'm writing this review from work. Over all, I am VERY happy with A-1 and will definitely call them again if I have plumbing issues.
