Erin was spectacular! I had intended to focus on one of a few targeted areas: my son's play space or a utility room. But she surprised me by suggesting my office. I thought my office was relatively organized, since I do a good job of keeping my files organized and my desk relatively clean ... but once we sat down and started going through the organized chaos of what was on shelves ... random computer cords, different locations of pens and pencils, stashed note cards and stationary, old CDs, piles of "to do's," post-its, un-read magazines, things that probably could be shredded, memorabilia, etc, I realized my office was the source of a lot of my stress! I had no idea - but Erin did! In hindsight, it seems obvious, I guess. She sat and calmly went through everything, getting me totally pulled together and since then, I have been able to think clearly and work much more efficiently. We sat there for 4 hours - I would have never imagined I had that much to organize. As I was doing it, I felt the urge to quit about 100 times, and if she hadn't been there, I would have. But she calmly took it across the finish line and I've been living a much more stress-free life ever since!

It went great. The best $198 I've spent in a long time. Erin scheduled us on short notice when her schedule came open. She showed up right on time, assessed the situation, and got right to work at this job. She worked without a break for six hours, and managed to accomplish more in that time than we had for years of fits and starts. Her smart strategies of containerizing loose pieces, labeling containers with broad categories of the types of materials we had in unorganized piles, and helping us to determine what stuff we could donate/recycle, repurpose or throw away really made a major dent in our basement mess. Since, we've been able to apply Erin's suggestions to organize other parts of the basement. I'd very happily hire Erin again.

Since I felt overwhelmed with trying to organize years of items stored in the room, overall, getting Erin's professional advice and assistance was well worth it.

Erin was great at giving suggestions and helping process through the organizing that I needed to get done. We finished my primary project rather quickly so I was able to tackle some additional closets that have always been frustratingly disorganized. Would definitely recommend Erin.

I have used other organizers over the past years and I found her to be unenthusiastic. I did not find her extremely helpful. She acted like she didn't really want to be there and it was very slow going. Part of that might have been because of some of what we were working on was paper, which always go slow. But I just thought that she shouldn't be doing this type of work. I've had other organizers who were better and cheaper and friendlier. I know that over time I've read some comments more towards what I am telling you posted on Angie's. She called me back and she set up the appointment and she came, but she wasn't good. I had already paid for the second coupon and I just didn't want to use her again. I was disappointed.

The service did a great job organizing my wife's samples and products and completely organized a closet to store these products. The room is now much more organized and clutter free. Great job, I would use them again!

Took longer than the allotted 3 hours, but i had the feeling that would happen. However, she was excellent. She was fast. Explained the methods that she used to organize the office. She's friendly and professional. Couldn't ask for anything better.

Erin was very responsive, professional, courteous, and non-judgmental. She helped me sort through electronics and other non essential items that I wasn't quite sure how to deal with. Meaning should I keep, donate, or discard and where I could donate or discard of things like cables, computer equipment, etc. My basement looks so much better now. Thanks for Erin!

I was very, very pleased with her. She came to help me stack and organize my books. I had bought 6 hours of work and we not only finished everything, she gave me help with other things as well! Like sending books to a charity and having them lined up ready for them to get picked up. She helped me look through my videos, DVDs, and magazines. She was very prompt, even though it was a very bad day weather-wise. She was very pleasant to work with, as well.

She was very good and really really really tolerant. She is very helpful with hoarders.

i was very excited about having someone come to help me organize and i was hoping she would help me come up with some kind of system to stay on top of all the papers that come into my house. instead she kind of just sat there and told me to get rid of almost everything. most of my suggestions were met with what appeared to be disapproval. i didn't feel t comfortable with her, she was not particularly conversational and after a short while i basically just wanted to get the whole thing over with. now i can't find a lot of the things i had previously organized at least to some extent and i need to make time to undo and then redo what she did.

I bought an Angie's List Big Deal for 3 hours of professional organizing. I bought two of them because I knew 3 hours would not be enough. I called Erin and she was able to fit me into her busy schedule. I think she came on her scheduled day off. Erin was on time, friendly, professional and totally non-threatening. (If you are chronically disorganized like me, you will know what I mean!) We went through mountains of paper in piles, files, boxes and drawers. Erin is very adept at knowing what to keep, what to shred, and what to recycle. At the end of six hours (during which Erin took no breaks, even though I encouraged her to do so), my files were slim, organized and ready for a new beginning! What a relief! Thank you Erin! I will definitely call you again soon!

We are currently preparing for an out of state move. Erin can in and gave us great staging tips. She also helped my kids pack there bedrooms. I was amazed at how much she got done. This is our 2 time using her. I highly recommended her service!!

Whether you need help just planning your day, dealing with procrastination, plowing through piles of stuff, planning a sale or organizing your home and life, Erin has answers for pretty much every issue. I will probably use her help in staging the house before selling it.

Highlight: Inexpensive compared to other providers($50/hr), responsive and punctual||Lowlight: Not very energetic. Felt like I was doing most of the work and at one point she was just sitting there waiting for me. Wasn't so good at maximizing her value. Also, turned off by how after piling up 3 garbage bags of paper I could get rid of she didn't even offer to take these out of the house with her so we could just be done with them. Minor detail but I would have been much happier and would be more likely to use her again if she would have just swept up quick and did a quick wrap up instead of leaving me with unlabeled piles of to do's and shredding and recycling piles everywhere.

I waited until it nearly expired to use it-but Erin made time for me. She was punctual, professional, and easy to work with. I wanted to get my personal papers in order. While we in no way finished the job, Erin helped me make a big dent and motivated me to continue on my own. She is a good "coach", and offers great advice.

Assisted me in cleaning out and organizing my disaster of a master bedroom closet. She had great suggestions and helped push me to consider what things I really needed. She also took a look at my basement to give me a few organization suggestions. I would use her again.

When Erin arrived at my home, I have to admit I was a bit nervous. I was letting a perfect stranger into the inner-sanctum of my paper chaos. However, she was very professional and assured me she had much experience and had seen many kinds of clutter chaos, and so I was able to relax. It was difficult to know where to begin, so I decided to show Erin all the areas of my home where I have what I would loosely call "filing systems." When loose papers pile up too high, I just put them in a bankers box and place it in the corner of a room. I do have two file cabinets that are minimally used. Erin gave me her opinion as to which file cabinet would be the best choice for my primary paper/filing system. So, we began to go through that file cabinet and purge it of unnecessary papers to open it up for other things that should be kept. This was the bulk of the work we did together. During that process Erin explained what documents need to be kept and how best to store them. She had her label maker and helped me to group like topics together. Then we named that group and she made a label for that file folder. We were able to get through 3 large legal size file drawers, and I was able to eliminate more than two-thirds of the contents. I must say, Erin is focused and works fast! When I felt like we were going too fast, she would say, "Take a break if you need to." That's when we took a walk outside and looked around in the garage. She was able to offer me some ideas of using that space better as I took a break from ALL THOSE PAPERS! I took the last 15 minutes of our time together (3 hours) to ask her some questions and take notes on her suggestions for an "Action Plan." It was simpler than I thought. Her suggestions and the progress we made motivated me to make a run to the office supply store that evening and pick up a few things I needed to work my action plan. Although I have some catching up to do with the many boxes I have piled up, somehow they don't intimidate me anymore. And when yesterday's mail came, I got out my newly labeled "Action File" and sorted everything out in 3 minutes!! I was almost singing to myself, "I am working my Action Plan!". I will eventually get the backlogged papers organized, but for the first time I feel hopeful that I can use these new skills so that as each day passes, the papers that come in will be taken care of properly and quickly!
