The customer service and workmanship were excellent. They called right away, gave us an estimate, gave us a start date, started on time and finished a day early. The clean up was better than we had experienced in the past from having wood floors refinished. They helped us decide on a stain color that matches the other trim in the house and the results are beautiful. We are so happy with our newly finished wood floors!

Peter is a great guy. He knew exactly what to expect from the wood and how to deal with some stains, how to repair some gaps and how they would look after he refinished them. We are VERY pleased with how the floors turned out. They look like brand new hardwood!

Repaired oak floor warped by water damage in a small kitchen. I described the damage over the phone, received a quote and agreed on a time. Job done in 1 day. Beautifully done, very clean and professional. Total costs equal to the initial quote. Highly recommended.

As you can see from the 5 stars in everything, I would highly recommend this company. They refinished the floors in 3 bedrooms and a hallway plus 6 stairs. The job was superb. They were clean and prompt! In fact Peter called me to tell me they would be a half hour late. That is what customer service should be. Use them. You won't be sorry. BTW the price was right.
