On finding, via a service call, that it was more cost-effective to replace rather than repair our 20-year old furnace and a/c system, we met with the AWE sales rep to learn and discuss options. He courteously and helpfully assessed our needs, answered questions and provided info/pricing on efficient new systems. We made our purchase decison and a few days later, the new system was installed. The installation staff were punctual, professional and thorough. They installed the system in one day, taking care to explain how it and the thermostat worked, provided the manual materials and set up a quality assurance followup visit. We were quite pleased with our interactions with the AWE staff and the professional expertise they displayed as well as th efollowup visit to make sure we were satisfied with the sytem and installation. We had a very good experience with this major investment and will continue to use AWE for our HVAC and other provided services!

Furnace went out on a Sunday. The cost of repairs was not worth it. They came out the next day and installed a new more efficient furnace the next day. A few days later they were out to install the condensing unit.

My husband took the day off for the installation. The AWE servicemen arrived right on time. That set the tone for the day and my husband only felt better and better throughout the day. They replaced both furnace and air-conditioner. They worked all day -- my husband mentioned to me that he did not think they even took a break. I arrived home around 6:30PM and they were finishing up. After installation was complete, they took their time explaining - in detail -- how the new thermostat worked. They were wonderful -- and I honestly have not said that about any service people I have had in my home. There was a follow-up visit a week later from AWE - Anthony - to check up with us to see how the installation went. Anthony checked everything out -- both the furnace and the air-conditioning unit. He was great and enjoyable to talk to -- wanted to make sure we did not have any problems or any questions. Yesterday AWE serviceman came back to the house -- again right on time -- to turn on the air-conditioning for us for the first time. He worked diligently and was very courteous. Wanted to also mention our salesman, Craig Palmer. It had been almost 20 years since we purchased an air-conditioning system and furnace. Craig took the time to explain everything about the different available units and/or brands. After his explanation and our discussion with him, we felt we made a very informed decision. He was so nice to deal with. There was no "hard sell" approach when he came to our home. Now I understand -- their employees, their products, their service -- speaks for itself. I would recommend AWE to anyone looking for air conditioning or heating services.

They scheduled the appointment after a week's time and they were pretty much on time. There were no additional charges. It works very well. The installer was very quick.

Smooth as always. Arrived on time, did the checkup and left.

He found that there was a problem with the media cabinet - lining from the cabinet had gotten sucked into the furnace. The media cabinet was not replaced when we installed the furnace in late 2012. He also explained to me the reason I am seeing some moisture around the furnace

Went as promised and expected. On time, called in advance to confirm appt. Installers were professional, pleasant and willing to answer all questions we had during the install. They worked a looong day to ensure the installation was complete in one day as promised. They cleaned up and removed old equipment. Wouldn't even know the had been at our house. They even repaired an exhaust pipe in the basement (came from microwave) that had separated just because they noticed it during the initial meeting. We have used them for several years to do our airconditioning and furnace maintenance and have always been pleased with their customer service and in home service.

In the regular winter check-up of our furnace [about 10 years old - we living in the house the past 3 years] the technician indicated that there was a major problem and it would require a significant amount of money to correct. We decided with the age of the furnace and the cost it was not worth repair but replace. The technicians from AWE worked up the prices immediately, gave us a range of several options and we determined to go ahead with replacement. The work was scheduled to be done in just a few days. We received an upgrade in the furnace since it was the only one the company had in stock. They gave us a significant upgrade and with the rebates that we anticipate from both the gas and electric company our investment is not as great as it could have been. The installers came at the time and date arranged. They worked for the whole day installing the units and provided all the information necessary. They were careful, courteous and polite.

AWE offers maintenance contracts for HVAC products. Mine is an off-season contract, meaning they will come after the heating season for a furnace. They send you mail and email reminders to schedule the service, and you arrange a convenient time. The day before you get a phone reminder, then the day of the service they call before the scheduled time. The service people are very personable and workmanlike; they wear shoe covers so as not to track dirt in. They inspect all parts of the furnace, checking functioning of all parts - electrically, visually, or whatever way a part can be diagnosed. They notify you of any parts that will need to be replaced - for filters, you can purchase from them or DIY. I have had them do maintenance for years - preventive maintenance is worth it in the long run.

The service went fine. The job was completed quickly. They did not do a good job installing the filter placement. There is a lot of dust getting past the filtration into the motor. That would be my only complaint on the service. It has been easy to schedule with the company.

Our service technician (Adam #61) was attentive, professional and conscientious. As always, we feel the representatives that the company provides us are honest, respectful, well informed and extremely qualified. That is why they have serviced us for more than 20 years.

They are very professional. They called and informed us that they could come early if it was convenient, and gave us two separate times. They are always on time, very professional, polite and helpful in any way they can be. The price I paid was to pay ahead two years.

The serviceman arrived on time and quickly and efficiently performed the annual maintenance on the furnace. I have been a satisfied customer of AWE for over thirty years for both installation and maintenance of our furnaces and air conditioners. They have performed emergency repairs for me whenever needed and always at reasonable rates. I plan to use them to replace my existing air conditioner and furnace later this year.

It went really well. I have used AWE in the past. I have bought my furnace, air conditioner and humidifier from them. I only call them. Adam was very professional and helpful. He explained the maintenance plan which I did sign up for because I had not had my furnace cleaned in a few years.

I have been on AWE's annual maintenance program for a number of years now and I must say they each year the quality of service has gotten better and better. This year they sent Adam, a 28 yr. old Sr. Technician to service my furnace. He was polite, cordial and was conscientious about dragging wet, snowy shoes across the carpet. More importantly the service visit was the most thorough and complete I have ever seen by any company I have ever used. I was truly impressed with the professionalism and thoroughness of his work and felt that paying for the annual maintenance plan was money well spent; something I have questioned in the past. All in all I would have to say that whatever measures AWE is implementing to train their technicians or improve the quality of their service, it is working. It might also be helpful to note that I had my air conditioner serviced by AWE this past summer and my experience was also very positive. They encountered a problem and persevered until everything was working correctly. The technician was thorough and professional. All in all, money well spent.

I have had Adam as my HVAC service man for a number of years. Adam is always on time, professional and very responsive. I will continue to use AWE for my HVAC service.

All was fine. We are on a contract for preventive maintenance but did purchase a new furnace filter, as well as the extra cost for the humidifier service. All of this was expected. The service technician was polite and (to the best of our knowledge) knew his business. There were no negative issues at all.
