After calling several company I received from Home Advisor. This was the only company that kept their consultation appointment with me. I was so impress with the work on the install date. Jose was awesome in explaining everything to me before hand. I definitely plan to use them for others projects but want to check around first to make sure I getting a great price for the job. I believe in shopping small but I will compare prices. Hire this company and you will be a happy camper with the finish product.

Vince and team were able to complete a carpet install in my basement, when another carpet company said they could, and were unable to. We needed to have carpet installed over tile, and I could not be happier with the service, price, and look of the carpet 5 STARS all around! Gave a competitive quote. Finished on time. Very professional. They did a great job. Limited dust to confined area. Made my 25 year old floors, look new. I was able to stay in the home, during the project, saving hundreds in hotel and kennel costs. Licensed and insured. Warranty included.

Vince provided amazing customer service! He was friendly and attentive. The technicians were efficient and did a wonderful job on our floors and when they were done, they cleaned up very well. The floors look amazing and we couldn t be more pleased!

Vince and his employees were very professional, accommodating and easy to work with. They addressed any concerns we had without hesitation and to our complete satisfaction. Though they are somewhat expensive, I feel we got our money's worth. I would strongly recommend them for similar projects in the future.

The project was refinishing existing hardwood floors and installing hardwood floors in living and dining rooms. Excellent finished product! Installers arrived promptly each day, and work was completed in the specified timeframe. I will hire them for future flooring projects!

(Revising former review) In November of 2018 I finally took the step of replacing my carpeting in front room and hallway with laminate flooring. As a senior single, I was wary of the hiring process. Whereas my initial dealing with Floor Coverings International, went smoothly because of a very responsive representative (Matt Giavenco), when I discovered shortly after installation that there were a number of flaws and installation errors and that inferior products were used, it took me until September, 2019, almost a year, to finally settle with the owner of the company (Vince Rusnak) for a mere fraction of the estimate I received to fix the installation problems. He reluctantly agreed that the major board that popped up was worth a small rebate but did not feel that the problem was worth his time to fix and therefore I must find someone willing to fix this and other problems, mostly at my own expense.

Vince and his team at Floor Coverings International Downers Grove were truly the best. We had partial hardwood in our kitchen and we wanted to finish our living room. Vince was able to perfectly match the hardwood so now we have hardwoods throughout our first floor. The work of the team was impeccable. The team was clean, timely and did the job to every detail. Vince was great at providing customer service and making sure everything was done to our satisfaction. I cannot say enough good things about this team. I would highly recommend to anyone I know.

The company went above and beyond to finish the project on a short time. They did an excellent job. I will definitely will hire them if I have similar projects.

Company hired a sub contractor to do the work. They were very messy.

They replaced almost all of my floors with hardwood, plus redid the stairs, in two weeks. The floors are beautiful!
