They fixed all the things that were supposed to be fixed and now they are going to fix what is wrong. We really had good services with them. They are very responsive and have very competitive price. They do professional work and they don’t up sell me things. They help me with the maintenance like the tires. They are very fair. They only do the stuff that needed to be done and they don’t do stuff that doesn’t need to be done yet. They do the work usually within the day unless they need to take it apart. They are very professional. They always clean, wash and rinse the car when they are done working on it. It is also in a nice neighbourhood. We live near them.

They do a good job but they are marketing-oriented. They always sense that there are other things that may be taken care of. Scheduling is pretty good. They offered to drive me back which was nice.

They are very courteous. They called to tell me what was needed before they did work. It was a same day repair. The price didn’t change when they gave me a price. They offered me a ride while they worked on my car.

As far as the experience, it was definitely wonderful, and I'd answer excellent on all the questions that you would ask on your profile. I really had a wonderful experience there. They were really very generous with their labor. They checked certain things and didn't charge for the labor. Their service is excellent. They took me to and from places I needed to be with. They were very courteous. They called me every single time when they're gonna put a part in or what not. Their estimates were accurate. They were very polite, and I really felt excellent for the personal part of it. They fixed everything that I needed.

Very good location near train allows easy drop off and pick up while still having trasportation via Metra into the city for work. They have been very up front about costs and knowledgeable regarding a variety of issues for our 2006 Honda Civic. Prices seem a little on the high side, but it has been several months and we have not had any repeat problems and the location is extremely helpful for us to use the train.

I like their service a lot. They are really honest. I get good value for the money that I spend there. They are pretty proactive with the car, so it keeps the car in good shape. They are very responsive. I would use them again in the future.

I've been going to Hollywood Motors for over 20 years. I take my car there every 3 months for an oil change and any other work that needs to be done. My car is getting older, and they are very proactive when it comes to maintenance, but it's always left up to me. They call me before doing any work to get my ok. They are super honest, and I always feel I get good value. I took my car in for an oil change and they noticed the tires needed to be rotated (no charge b/c I bought the tires there) and the power steering system fluid was flushed and the combustion chamber was cleaned. They washed the car (no charge). Back in January, I ran over a big nail, and they fixed the tire (no charge) because I had bought the tires there.

They do a very professional job and you know that the job is going to be done well. I am very pleased with their quality of service.

This is a very good company. They have been established for a very long time and their prices are very competitive, and I really like that they are local. They have great customer service and they do not try to pressure you into any repairs.

These guys are local, honest, prompt, and efficient. I've taken our 2001 Ford 2-dr Explorer (84K miles) there for service, vs. the dealer, once our factory warranty expired. They've performed several oil changes, helped diagnose other problems, and always seem reasonable in price. They also have convenient operating and service hours for Metra commuters.
