Description of Work: I didn't think that companies like this still existed!!!!!!!! Calls and e-mails back and forth solved the problem!!!! Description of Work: I had these folks stop by to tell me what was making a loud noise in my air conditioner compressor. He checked the system and found nothing wrong, made some suggestions and DIDN'T charge me!! I'll definitely use them this fall for our humidifier replacement. Said he would be at the house between 12 and 4pm showed up early! Very professional and knowledgeable.
