Took down my contact information and was told Mike would call back. Never received a call back. Thumbs down for responsiveness. Sad because reviews suggested otherwise.

Description of Work: Was having trouble with our a/c unit at condo. They came out and did not charge us anything till they got the part. And it was a Sunday too. Love this company, and would recommend to anyone that needs heating or cooling needs.

Description of Work: Replaced furnace, A/C and humidifier. Excellent products, service and installation. Called on Monday and got a quote from Steve and all was installed on Tuesday.

Description of Work: Home Comfort Systems installed a complete HVAC system (furnace/AC/humidifier/thermostat) for us. The owner (Steve) came out the day of installation & went over all aspects of the job before the work began and answered any questions we had. The installer (Al) did an excellent job removing the old equipment and installing the new. After the work was completed, he went over the operation of the new equipment and answered any questions we had. We were VERY pleased with the overall experience, from the initial quote by Steve, to the installation performed by Al.

Description of Work: I have used them for over 20 years for annual heating and cooling cleaning and have purchased new furnace and air conditioner during this time. They always come on the day scheduled and so a quick and thorough job.

We were EXTREMELY pleased with the professionalism and timeliness of this company and highly recommend them to anyone looking for home heating systems.

Description of Work: Installed a new Air conditioner and zoning system. |They worked well for us. |Would have been nice to know ahead of time that the cut drywall will need to be fixed on our own. They offered to recommend a contractor but we had to pay for the repairs. Other than that, great service and follow up from Home Comfort Systems. We are loving our zoning system and are comfortable no matter where we are in the house.

Description of Work: They came out and evaluated our furnace which was cycling badly. Instead of selling me a bunch of parts they cleaned my furnace thoroughly and all was well. Pretty much a no-BS guy.

Description of Work: I did not use this provider, however I was told to expect a call back shortly and was called back in a very timely manner. The reason I didn't use them was I needed someone to come over ASAP and another company called me back first.

Description of Work: These guys are FANTASTIC! They installed my A/C last year and were prompt, courteous and had the best price and warranties. My furnace wasn't working (they didn't install it) and Mike called me right away, was able to identify the problem over the phone and helped me get it running in minutes. Put them on your list!
