Steve came out for the estimate. He was on time and provided a competitive estimate. He was knowledgeable and took the time to discuss several options with us - such as single or dual stage, variable speed etc. On the day of installation, the crew showed up on time. Steve was on site to start the job and checked back a few times during the day. The crew was professional and completed the job within the day. They were missing one piece and had to return the following day to install a drain pump. We are pleased with the service and the unit that we purchased.

He returned my initial call within minutes and explained that he was so busy during heat wave that he couldn't give me an estimated time of arrival. I learned a lot from him about things to try before calling for services and he was very thorough in diagnosing problem. Very knowledgeable and thorough. Willing to troubleshoot by phone before he came out. Gave thorough explanations and advice. Be prepared to wait because they are busy, but service is outstanding.

Mike called late on a Saturday night and taught me how to fix my A/C over the phone without charge. Temperature going up to high 90's so this was very appreciated. I would recommend this company to everyone for their honesty and integrity.

Steve Bilica did the initial sales visit. He is very personable, prompt, & honest. The crew who did the work (included Steve) came the days & times they said they would. Our airconditioner didn't work a couple of weeks after installed and Steve came out right away to fix the problem (pinched wire)at no additional cost. We have used this company for service work as well and were extremely happy. Steve's brother, Mike Bilica, runs the service part of the company.

We got the name from Angie's list originally. We called for an estimate and were given a ballpark figure for parts and labor. We made the appointment and the installer showed up early! Very polite, laid down floor protection and proceeded to install the humidifier. Very friendly, very informative and the cost was less than quoted. We called again when we had a furnace malfunction and they came out immediately, solved the problem. I would definitely call them again. They seem extremely ethical, accurate and are right on time for appointments. They get an A+ from me. Lee Berg

Steve, an owner, came to give us an estimate a few days after I called him, at a time of year where I couldn't get anyone else to come. We liked and trusted him so much that we decided not to get anymore estimates. He gave us pricing for the 90% unit, but suggested that based on our situation, we wouldn't need it. 80% was sufficient. Eleven days later, it was installed. This is great timing if you consider that two other companies told us they couldn't help us because they were receiving ''over 100'' calls each day during that time! We received the ''total price guarantee'', basically stating that there will be no extra charges, and there weren't. The serviceman was polite, knowledgeable, and neat.

I had a very good experience. One thing I especially liked was that the sales guy (one of the owners) didn't oversell the high-end furnace (which we bought anyway). Other contractors vastly overstated the benefits of their top o'line unit, especially in terms of savings from the variable-speed blower. The claims from these guys were all pretty much in line with the independent research I did. They also have a policy that the quote is the final bottom line even if they run into unanticipated problems. This may have saved us a few $ as they had to replace a malfunctioning valve in our pipes and do some additional plumbing to fit the larger size of newer water heaters. There were a couple of small gaps at corners in the ductwork they installed, and one very small leak in a union that they promptly fixed within an hour of my call. Other than that I thought they did a fine job.
