Frank went to the home I was buying, in another state, and got all the measurements he needed. He then came to the home I was selling to give me a personal shopping experience and a quote. The quote was reasonable and we hired them, Once we closed our on home, Quality Flooring came in installed new Vinyl flooring and carpet. They installed everything before the movers delivered our furniture. They did a great job! Everything was done well, done quickly, and all the staff (from sales, to office personal, to install crew) was friendly and professional. Would use them again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

DO NOT HIRE High Quality Services at all. They lied about material delivery being placed inside of my home. I ended up having to carry in 28 heavy boxes of hardwood flooring materials inside. They could not hold stated scheduling. There was an excuse made for delays in delivery of materials and start date. They damaged walls and furniture during the flooring installation process. They did not express any concern for us but only for their insurance company. Our furniture is scratched because their workmen were unprofessional and placed their tools on top of it. They installed dented and scratched hardwood flooring because of poor workmanship, They left our house filthy and trampled landscaping. There was sawdust left everywhere inside of my garage. Management offered no apologies and attempted to charge more than the contract amount. Extremely LOW QUALITY service. Most uncivilized and careless behavior.

Frank was super professional and amazing. The crew came and worked fast and efficiently. Faris was very accommodating and awesome as well. Nice guys...will work with them again on future projects...fyi... top quality carpet...beautiful!

You guaranteed won't find another company giving you this type of value for the price. They cover everything from A to Z and give you one price no lies. They don't change the number. Customer service was top-notch. Don't think twice before hiring these guys, they get it done.

In a time where no one cares about their job, customer service, or workmanship hq services came through big. Had a problem half way through. I am very pleased with High Quality Flooring. They did an excellent job in removing the carpet from my stairs and and installing beautiful hardwood! I absolutely love my stairs and would highly recommend this company!

Very good job with staining and sanding

I recently had hardwood flooring installed on the second floor of my house. Frank and his crew did a tremendous job. I am very happy with the work they have done and very happy with my decision to go with them after receiving multiple quotes from other service providers. The entire process went very smooth and on schedule, from the initial onsite visit to gather measurements and provide a quote to the day of install and the final product. I even referred Frank to my parent's who were looking to redo the flooring in their kitchen. This is an A+ service and I would not hesitate to refer them to my family and friends.
