Lock down a starting date I wasnt given one but was led to believe I was a priority I gave them a hefty down payment and I havent heard anything from them I really dont have any options because the contract states work must be started before December 31 so while Im disappointed theres really nothing I can do but hope the work is worth the wait I guess I have to look at this as a teachable experience

The Everdry team was very friendly and worked all day digging and waterproofing our cement basement wall. The crew was very respectful of our neighbor's property, covering their factories. When Everdry left, there was virtually no evidence of their presence. It is a pleasure to trust Everdry and to recommend it.

I am very happy that Everdry took care of these water issues for me. Everdry boys took care of the problems in about two days and after the water tests, there were no more leaks. Before that, when it was raining a lot, I could see that the drywall was beginning to curl at the base of the basement and was visibly wet. Now nothing is wet at all. Excellent job Everdry. I was struggling with the leaks, and keeping up with crack patches because the water kept moving. It was either find someone to fix it permanently or sell my home because I was that fed up with the upkeep and maintenance! Thankfully Everdry not only offered the fix I wanted, but the best warranty out of all the companies I had out. So glad I donâ t have to pack my whole house up!

The actual job has not begun. However, my experience thus far has been phenomenal. Zach has been extremely professional and has helped me to understand what has taken place, as well as what will take place when the job proceeds.

Salesman was not completely honest. What he said they would do , they didn't. If it was in writing, they did it. There was cleanup after my project that they left, and I am still waiting for over a month for them to reconnect my sump pump drainage.
