My old porch & deck were an embarrassing eye sore until Loughman Builders got their hands on it! The composite decking and amazing craftsmanship transformed my backyard into space I am proud of! They accommodated each and every special requests I threw their way and created my exact vision. John was great at communicating & keeping me in the loop throughout the entire project. I hired John Loughman to update my mother's 1960's era house to improve its sales potential after mother moved to assisted living. John understood that I wanted a quality job done but didn't want to over-improve the house compared to other homes in the neighborhood. John and his subcontractors did a fantastic job. The work was professionally completed in a timely fashion and at a reasonable cost. I strongly recommend Loughman Builders for any remodeling work.

The job required new plumbing for the upstairs bathroom, the main floor shower and faucet replaced along with the drain pipe, and the entire cast iron main\vent stack replaced with PVC from the basement through the roof. There was no down time for me concerning using my water and utilities except for when the work was being performed, which was on my schedule. An explanation was given for all the work that was going to be performed prior to the installation and my questions were answered completely. I am very satisfied with the workmanship and professionalism of the entire crew.

I had a new sump pump with a water-powered back installed. John was great. The work was done as scheduled and at the stated price. Excellent work with quality components.

Project turned out great! John and team went above and beyond to complete our basement walls, and then some. Very professional team, reasonable rates. Completed when they said they would at the estimate initially provided...no surprises. Would highly recommend for any project.

They provided prompt service. It turned out the pump was fine and they didn't fix anything that didn't need to be fixed but I got a great lesson on sump pumps. He fixed the utility closet door while he was here and cut me a deal on the price since he wasn't here very long. I plan on hiring them again to fix my gutters and a few other minor projects around the house.

I couldn't be happier with the quality of the work and the overall customer service provided throughout the entire process. John was very engaged with me (texts, emails, sending photos, etc). I promptly received a call from John, the owner of the company. He personally met with me and described in detail what was needed as well as the costs. He even went further and was able to make a few calls ,and upgraded my sliding wood doors to a set of beautiful glass doors. He also completed some other small repair work which he saw needed attention at no cost. The company is prompt and maintained clear and concise communications with me during the entire process. The price is more than reasonable, in comparison to what others would have charged, this I am sure of. I highly recommend this company for any project large or small.

He did a big job in a very small ammount of time. I have had other renovations done before he was the best i have used and when the project was completed it was in excellent condition.
