Everseal Basement, Inc.

This company sent very experienced and professional workers to dig out 4 window wells and drains. They dug 8 feet down on all windows to the drain tile. They replaced all drains, wells and covers. They did an excellent job at a very reasonable price. The end result was everything that was promised, done at a very high level. I am very pleased with the end product. If you are unsure of who to use, you cannot go wrong with this company. Javier and Ernersto are the two foreman who headed up the job. They were fantastic.

They did a fantastic job sealing hairline cracks in our basement. They were much cheaper than competitors and didn't try to sell me unnecessary work. They even went over some DIY stuff to save extra money.

Unfortunately, Ernesto did not follow through with obtaining the permit necessary in my area which made it awkward. He also neglected to call JULIE to make sure we did not hit any other underground utilities. I had inquired about both of these requirements and he assured me he would take care of it. The crew did hit our electrical to the garage; but came out the next day to repair it. His crew and the work they performed was very neat without a "gully-washer" of a storm, we await confirmation that our problem is solved.

Ernesto came out promptly to quote a wet basement problem. He was very thorough in his evaluation and explanation of the problem. He concluded that we needed new drain tile and a deeper sump pit to hold all of our water. His quote was a fraction of US Waterproofing from the previous year, which made me nervous. He came out the morning of the job and 3 crew worked for 9 hours getting the job finished. They climbed in and out of a basement window well so as not to mess up my house. The job was completed early May and it hasn't stopped raining and we are dry! . Thank you Ernesto and crew. You were life savers that day.
