The floors look great.., better than I expected. The workmen arrived on time and cleaned up after themselves. I would definately recommend this company.

They cleaned up after the work. Listened to my concerns. Gave us a complete detailed estimate--every dollar amount accounted for and a complete explanation of materials that would be used. The other 5 contractors did not. Each worker even thanked us for the work privately for the job after completion. I wish they did other types of work.

The service was wonderful, my floor is like new again, they arrived on time finished on time and there was not a speck of dust after the job was done they were very polite and worked very hard. I have two more rooms that I will be calling them back to do and I will be recommending them to my friends and co-workers.

Colin kept all appointments and charges were good and did a very nice job in excellent timing. He was knowledgeable and I already hired him to do a second job that is also now completed. He will remain in my book for future work and any 'touch ups' that may be needed in my rental units.

execellent job prompt & professional

I hired IC Custom Construction to re-finish my hardwood floor on the first floor and install new hardwood in the 4 bedrooms on the second floor. They beat the lowest price, but still were able to use the highest quality material available. They did an awesome job, the floors on the first floor looked like new after re-finishing, and the second floor looked outstanding. They were very professional, experienced, clean and on-time. I highly recommend this company to everyone.

IC did a wonderful job on our floors. The floors are about 40 years old and had some water damage. Nnow they look new. They were very professional, polite and cleaned up all their mess. Even when we had some problems they were prompt to fix them. The pricing was most fair and they went out of their way to accomdate us in all we asked. They were great. I highly recommend them.
