IC Custom Hardwood Flooring, Inc.

We hired IC Custom to refinish our wood floors in living, dining, and family rooms. They also installed wood stairs. We are very pleased with the results. The workers, Pablo and Arturo, worked tirelessly to get the job done. Along the way, they and Calin, made sure that we were satisfied with the workmanship. They were always on time and cleaned up daily. The floors and stairs look beautiful. Their pricing is also excellent compared with many quotes we received from other businesses. We would highly recommend IC Custom.

They were EXCELLENT!! Arrived on time. Explained the process thoroughly. Very respectful and pleasant. Worked non-stop and did an excellent job. Prepped the area perfectly. Finished process was superb. Price was very inline with project. Definitely will recommend them WITHOUT hesitation.

Calin is a hardwood floor professional. His knowledge, workmanship, and quality are some of the best I have ever seen. He worked with our limited schedule and made it happen. Job well done!

.On the initial Estimate from the company, I specifically pointed out a damaged section of floor, and was told they might need to replace a couple boards. He added 2 boards to the quote, although I thought it may take more, and questioned it, but was told they probably wouldn't even use the two. When they arrived at 7am, I thought great, at 10am they did one quick pass over the section and said they needed to replace 10 boards, which was another $120 more than the quote. I was not actually there, and when I went the next day, I see they only replaced 6 boards, and face nailed all of them, as well as using a lot of putty in the seams. They did not sand the floor evenly, and left several dips in the floor. In addition, I do not believe they even sanded enough off, as the floor had never been sanded, and there was a section near the window where there was an area rug, the floor under the area rug was not sun faded as the rest of the floor, and you can still see that area even though the floor was refinished. The ok part, is I was not going to pay the $120 extra, and they did not force me to, but at the same time, they are charging the normal rate for floor refinishing, but seeing the ripples in the floor and the area where the rug was is disappointing for the $$ I paid.

SHOWED UP ON TIME, DID THE JOB THEY WERE CONTRACTED TO DO

All appointments were kept. The tore out and hauled away the old carpeting and did a beautiful job of refinishing the wood floors throughout my house. The few marks left on the walls came off very easily by wiping with a Mr. Clean eraser. I thought the value for the job done was very good. There were no hidden charges. Very professional. I would recommend them to anyone for the same job they did for me.

They did a great job. We had other people look at our floor, which was not level. Others wouldn't even offer advice on how to fix it. Calin & his people leveled the floor one day & installed the laminate floor the next day. Great work. The quarterround they brought out didn't match the flooring closely enough for my wife. They came back out and installed quarterround that matched the flooring that they made at their factory. These guys know their business and do a very professional job!

These guys are very good. I have use a number of hardwood flooring contractors over the past 15 years and these are the first i was really happy with. Colan the owner is the the most knowledgeable contractor I've met on hardwood flooring. Best of all, they are very competitively priced. They were very timely and clean and totally customer service focused.

The job that was done on the floors I had was unbelieveable. I was going to just go over the old floors because I thought the old ones were to far gone. I was so wrong. By the time ic hardwood floors were done I could not believe what I was looking at. The floors looked amazing. I saved money by not going brand new but I have a floor that is brand new. I will have ic refinishing my down stairs after the first of the year. This company does amazing work and can't be more helpful when tring to make decisins on what to do with your floors!!! The owner is very hands on and helpful.

The owner returned my call within a few hours. Came to the house for an estimate and had the estimate emailed to me within 24 hours. The project was done on time and on budget. My floors look like new....like beautiful custom furniture.
