They also helped me to remove some of the heavy furniture. My wooden floor after refinish looks much better than even new . His office staff are also extremely polite and customer friendly. Gladly recommend them to all and if needed no hesitation to ask them to do another job. Highly Recommended! Exceptional quality work and exceptional customer service. I don't write reviews often and am not 100% satisfied with contractors often but this is an exception. I can't say enough about Calin and his team at IC Hardwood Flooring. From the start he was very responsive in answering my request to re-finish our hardwood floors. He scheduled an appointment to come and review our floor situation and made recommendations on the finish to use as we have a dog. The work was scheduled in a very short period of time and he worked within my schedule. Their prices are very reasonable and lower than other quotes we received. The floors looked like new when they were done and we have a very old house with old floors. They sealed off the parts of the house they were working on so dust and debris did not hit the other rooms. They cleaned up to perfection when they were finished with the job. This is the first time I used them and would use them again and recommend to anyone (as a side note this is the third time we had our floors done over the years and this was by far the best and only place I would recommend). Also to be noted we had a small issue that didn't show up right away after their work was complete. As opposed to some contractors that would put a past client at the bottom of their priority, Calin responded to our issue and they came and fixed it within days at no charge (even though it was months after the work was done). Again, can't say enough about their high quality work and service. If you are looking for any hardwood service they are your team and service many areas.

IC flooring was awesome. I had new hardwood floors added and existing refinished. They did a ton to work with my association and made the process easy. The floors look great and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get floors done!

The crew from IC flooring was excellent! I had the hardwood floor of my home re-sanded by them. Before they began they thoroughly explained the process to us. They expertly covered up my kitchen appliances, cabinets, and fireplace and completed the job in a timely manner. Our floors turned out beautifully and there was very little cleanup needed from sawdust! We are very pleased with how everything turned out and would highly recommend them!

The team was really fast, very helpful, and the work was good. I wish they would have been more proactive about repairs instead of only the specific places I pointed out.

There are two men that agree on each project before starting. Make sure you agree on set price with both before work is started. The work was great and I never had floors refinished but I like the job they did other than two little spots they didn’t sand off but they said because my floors r engineered so they can only go so far:/ but overall it turned out really nice I would recommend. Workers who did my floors were brothers and they were great! :)

I contacted a few other companies regarding my floor and was told that they would not touch my floor, the wood was not thick enough, I had two different woods in other rooms, etc. Florin ( rep name) not only took my samples home to test, but stained them to show me the results.. Prior to even having the job! They did an amazing job of refinishing two wood floors- looks like one now. Installed new stairs, new trim work and even did repairs as well. An 18 year old floor looks brand new! Love the work, couldn’t be happier.

My Wife & I were happy with they the job they did the on floor. They had replace two areas ,Due to water damage. You could not notice The difference . I did notice the quarter round had some mistakes on the insinuation. That is the reason i gave the work quality an 4-1/2 star rating.

They were still able to finish the job in two days even with the snow storm making a mess of things. Professional and courteous employees. The floors look better than expected. I will hire them again.
