Nasario and his crew were great! We had major stone work done to our home as they replaced our brick siding with stonework. The job required 11 tons of stone and the craftmanship was outstanding! Terrace Masonry was professional and customer service oriented. They worked early in the morning until early evening to get the job done in a timely manner and the quality of work was outstanding! We have one more project that we will complete this fall and we know Terreace Masonry will be doing the job. Give them a call....you will not be disappointed!!

Work was done professionally and quickly. Nasario was very helpful in explaining what would be done and answering my questions. Terrace Masonry did a quality job and I would recommend them to anyone who needs a chimney masonry contractor. I pointed out a few minor items after they had done the work, and they immediately took care of them. The work took a little longer than they had estimated because some hidden damage was found after they started. Chimney looks great now and there is a 2 year warranty on the work.

It was a positive professional experience dealing with Nasario from Terrace Masonry, from the initial meeting where he sat down with me and explained in detail the process and how he determined the amount charged (which I really appreciated, it wasn't a number grabbed out of thin air, it was based on the work to be done.). They completely satisfied our agreement and then some(chimney cap). This being my first tuck pointing project, I had many questions which Nasario patiently answered to my satisfaction. In a nutshell, I trust Nasario and his professionalism and would have no reservations about hiring him again or recommending him.

They did a great job of Modifying my Chimney. I had to hang a 55� tv on Chimney. But didn�t have room and they were able to cut a difficult concrete mantel. They also worked around my schedule and did the work right away. Great service and most important great work done.

He showed up on time for the estimate, was very polite and professional. He went up to the roof and looked at the damage on my chimney (the other pros just observed from below) and did a thorough check-up and told me exactly what needed to be done. He also showed me some pics before & after on a similar job, I was impressed and felt confident he was the man for the job. Plus his prices were fair and fit my budget. The end result he did a GREAT JOB!

Nasario Terrazas was very prompt to respond to my request for estimates. He submitted the bid shortly after visiting the site. Mr. Terrazas contacted me to confirm that I received his estimate and asked if there were any questions. After I awarded the bid to Terrace Masonry the company initiated work within 2 days. He accomodated my request to make an adjustment to the original requirements. The work was thorough and the clean-up complete.
