They were prompt, very professional and very reasonable price-wise. The only qualm is that after the job was completed they left a bit of masonry on the ground. However, I am certain that if I would have pointed it out to them, it would have been cleaned up. Excellent company.

Excellent quality brick and stone work to repair our chimney, very professional job. Many bricks and the entire top crown were replaced, and it looks like new. Also great touch up work on the interior fireplace and lintel. The price was very reasonable. Nesario and his partner were very friendly and professional, and I will not hesitate to use them again for any masonry work in the future.

My fireplace was a safety hazard and in need of repair; remortaring joints and fixing a hole in the back where a gas lead once was. I am very pleased with the work! The joints and hole are repaired and it looks great! They used a brick the same color to repair the hole from the outside and it looks very professional. I would recommend them to anyone, they do GREAT WORK!

The owner, Nasario, was prompt in quoting on the project, with the followup to see if he'd be awarded the job. He's very good in explaining what has to be done and answering questions that we had. His work appears to be thorough and well-done, and he cleaned the area where he worked. But the flashing around the chimney was done by a workman that Nasario contracted after he and his crew finished, and I wished that he would have come by to check the work (flashing) to make sure that it was done properly. Otherwise, I would readily hire him again, and will recommend him to anyone that needs his services.

Since I owned my own construction company for 5 years, I knew what to expect with regards to finding the right masonry company for this job. Out of 5 contractors, Terrace did the best job of following up, being timely, and quoting a fair price for the job. Even then, I was not prepared for the outstanding work that they did. TRUE PROFESSIONALS!! My only regret is that I did not find Terrace 5 years ago. Working with contractors like this would have probably made me stay in the business.

Terrace was very professional and timely in their work. I received several quotes and Terrace was very reasonable. The chimney repair ( a new crown) was completed on time and with very little disturbance to our landscaping. Terrace used tarps and care in setting up a scaffold to avoid any damage. They even suggested making an extra repair at no charge on another part of the house that Nassario noticed before being engaged to do the work. They completed that repair as well. I strongly recommend receiving an estimate from Terrace Masonry before selecting anyone for Chimney repairs. Nassario took pictures before and after the repair as well

Nassario was friendly yet professional. His quote was in line with the others I received. They started the job the day it was scheduled but it took a little lionger then planned because of the 4th of July holiday. Overall it was a good tuck pointing job and we are satisfied

Terrace Masonry went beyond a 5 Star Rating. This had to be the smoothest renovation project ever. Communication was fast and professional and that's how the entire project went from the beginning to end. Since the project needed more than one contractor, Terrace Masonry organized and worked well with the landscaper and fencing contractor. They were fast, accomodating to changes and cleaned up after the job was finished. The brick work turned out beautifully. My husband and I would highly recommend them for masonry projects and hope to use them again in the future.
