 + -1 moreIt surprises me with so many CPAP supply and services available locally, and on the web, that any customer would endure such service levels - for CPAP or any medical supplies. Norco reminds me of a used car lot that is big on sales technique, short on service and follow through.
Description of Work: Norco Meridian 2882 N. Eagle Road Meridian, ID, 83646 Selection and training for CPAP (continuous positive airway pressure) machine and CPAP mask - an appointment was established and I was directed to a waiting room - 35 minutes later I received a phone call asking if I wanted to reschedule. I asked that my CPAP documentation/prescription be returned; I completed one web based email to Norco asking that my CPAP documentation/prescription be returned; ; I completed one PATIENT COMMUNICATIONS FORM from the Norco website and mailed it to Norco Meridian asking that my CPAP documentation/prescription be returned; I received my CPAP documentation/prescription today in the mail.

I have used Norco, and they provide things like oxygen and wheelchair, and that kind of support. I had an appointment with them this morning. In regard to my experience with them, it was very good. What their staff does, if they get a call they follow up on it. For instance, I am in a process of getting a motorized wheelchair. There are three people who take care of that. They look at the information that has to go to social security to get it. They make sure that they shepherd it through the doctor and the doctor's office to get the paperwork back filled out correctly. In this case they needed a physical therapy appointment and they took care of that. They are just very very responsible and responsive, if you need something they are going to help you get it.
Description of Work: I am in a process of getting a motorized wheelchair from Norco.
