I explained the problem and need thoroughly before he came. He came, looked at the problem and said he could not do anything then charged 75.00 dollars. He had to know he could not fix the problem before he came.

Dylan arrived within his projected time block, greeted me warmly and went right to work on my problem. He was businesslike, but cordial, He thoroughly checked operations not directly associated with the issue he repaired

HE repaired a used electric chair that had broken and explained what could break again and if it would be recommend to fix it or just to replace it. This was a chair that would take at least $1500,00 to replace so it was important to me if it could be repaired.
