I have been very satisfied with my experiences with Aspen Dental Care. My brother has been hard to treat with dental care and he has been able to treat my brother. He is awesome with kids and adults. He is patient and caring. The staff is very pleasant. The environment is very comfortable and convenient. They work very well with people with disabilities. I will continue to use them in the future.

Disappointing to be misled like that.

I was attended to promptly when I arrived for an appointment. The process, which took several weeks, was done very well.

After moving to Boise from Dallas I was very interested in finding a Dentist that I could trust. I am pleased to say that Aspen Dental has met all of my expectations. The Dentist and associates are extremely friendly, have the latest in technology and do a wonderful job of explaining all of their procedures. I have had 2 crowns replaced since going to Aspen Dental and would recommend them to anyone.

I have always had quality work performed at Aspen Dental. The few times I've had problems or concerns, Dr Williams and his staff have addressed them to my satisfaction. I think that Dr. Williams did particularly good work on the crowns on my front teeth. I was understandably nervous about the way they would look, but they turned out great, look natural, and I've had no problems with them (it's been about three years). The office is professional and my appointments are usually on time (occasionally I have had to wait about 20 minutes or so). The only slight issue I've had with Aspen Dental is Dr. Williams and quot;bedside mannerand quot;. Although Dr. Yun, the other dentist at this practice, is very professional and focused, Dr. Williams seems a little more chatty and sometimes has an unprofessional manner. Once he spent the whole time chatting with a dental assistant about what kind of luxury car he was going to buy (as I was having a $2000 dollar procedure done), and another time he spent half the appointment chewing out the dental assistant as he worked on me (it was somewhat uncomfortable for me to witness). I don't expect my dentist to be super polite and treat me like a star or anything, but this behavior is a little obnoxious. However, I've personally decided that the quality of Dr. Williams' dental work outweighs this slight concern.

My whole family goes to this dental practice. I was missing a tooth on top and my teeth had shifted, but I still had a gaping hole that I felt uncomfortable with. They were able to give me three veneers and now my smile looks great. I take my kids there also, and they love going to the dentist. We started taking my youngest when he was just 14 months old. They are great with kids, and also do great cosmetic work.

My kids like going there! They are really good about reminding us about appointments and provide exceptional care.
