Description of Work: Installed a 65-foot rain gutter along back of home. Very punctual. A new member on the crew made a mistake, and I had to call the business to return to fix it. Steve, the owner, came immediately the next day to inspect and determine the problem and make sure the fix would be exactly what was needed and what we wanted. He was committed to our satisfaction, and personally directed the new installation to be exactly right. I am confident that a homeowner will be glad they contracted with this business. I am very happy with the work and the customer relations from All-American Rain Gutter Co.

Description of Work: Steve Day contacted me. We set up a time to discuss the Gutters. Steve was timely and professional. We selected best colors to match the house trim. I requested additional gutters and downspouts along with diversion strips for several sections to channel water. This exceeded the original linear footage allowed in the proposal. So we discussed projected costs. |The additional costs were fair and still presented a solid value proposition. |The install crew was timely and courteous. The work was completed in a day. The following day we received approximately an inch of rain. So very timely! I observed one area that leaked from a corner of the gutter and called up All American. They responded the next morning and fixed the issue promptly. I would use "All American" again.

Not only was he responsive, timely and professional, but he honored a coupon that I had completely failed to mention while receiving the initial quote. He matched the colors perfectly and rigged a rain barrel as well. I completely recommend Rob and I will use him for future projects.
Description of Work: Rob came over and gave me a clear estimate on a gutter installation on the breezeway between my house and garage. He also broke out the estimate to include future projects (aka: the rest of my house). He came back and then did a quick, efficient installation.

 + 0 moreThey put up a new gutter, but put it up too soon, and had to take it down. He had to come back to put the gutter up, but hasn't come to do that. He has done two no shows after confirming a time and appointment. I already paid him half the price, but will lose that because I have to call someone else to finish the job.

 + -1 moreWater was pouring over my gutters and down the back of my house. I called All American for an estimate. They came the next day, went up and took a look at the problem. They gave me an estimate and completed the work the next day. I was charged the estimated price. No problems, very professional and I would use them again.
Description of Work: Adjusted gutter drainage levels, cleaned gutters and removed ineffective caps. The estimate was prompt and accurate. The work was performed within a day or two and I was very satisfied.

 + -1 moreRob arrived promptly, measured what was needed and advised as to the need for additional downspouts to handle the additional runoff into the longer gutters. He gave me his estimate on the spot. He arrived on the appointed, after a courtesy call to assure we were ready for him, took down the old gutters and made and installed the new ones in about four hours. I was delighted with the finished job.
Description of Work: Removed old gutters and downspouts, which did not extend the full length of the house. Installed new, full-length gutters and added two additional downspouts.

 + 0 moreI did not use him, but my experience with him was fairly positive. It is a small business, and he was as responsive as a small business person can be. I ended up making a financial decision not to go forward with him, so I am not sure if I have got enough information to grade him. My only negative is that I was looking for a quote, and I never actually got the quote from him, but I knew it would be more than what I was willing to pay for it. I have a hard time faulting any of my interactions with him; however, there was a chance that I might have just followed through and gotten the work done if he was really snappy about it.
Description of Work: I got an estimate from All American Rain Gutter for some rain gutter cleaning and perhaps a little bit of repair where some water was leaking under the gutter.

The installers were prompt, polite and knew exactly what work was to be done. They were excellent craftsmen and a joy to watch them work. The seamless gutters and the hangers are quality products.
Description of Work: They replaced some gutters that were put on incorrectly by the builder. and they put new gutters on all the areas that did not have gutters.

Showed up on time to give estimate on Friday. Showed up early on a Saturday to perform the job. Even knocked a few bucks off original estimate. Very pleased.
Description of Work: Front and back gutters replaced and extended from original gutters. Approximately 70' @ 3.35 per foot. 1 downspout added.
