I'd had the traffic area of my carpets cleaned by another company about 6 months ago and the spots were never removed. I was thinking that maybe these spots were too badly soiled and could never be removed. I figured I'd give Ultimate Carpet Cleaning a try and since the estimated cost was so reasonable, I gave them a try and SO GLAD I DID. All of those badly soiled spots had absolutely vanished! I will refer my family and friends to Ultimate Carpet Cleaning and will, of course, have them back to my home again. The gentleman who provided the service was professional, friendly and approachable.

I had heard the owner present their business and what they stand for at a recent networking event, and also had them referred to me by a house cleaning business I used. The appointment was quick and easy to make that fit my needs. The technician called ahead of time to confirm the appointment and arrived on time. He was very professional, and explained the process. The results were GREAT!

After being up sold to purchase a premium deep cleaning package over the express clean package, I ultimately received the latter. The deep cleaning package was to include a pre vacuum, a rotary jet extractor, and take 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Apparently there was a miscommunication to the technician who did not vacuum at all, and finished the job in 1 hour. After contacting the owner Jeremy, who was very professional over the phone, he was apologetic and did refund me the difference between the two services. Overall the carpets looked pretty good, but could have used the extra time as one room still smells of pet odor. I would not use them again in the future only because of the fear of not getting what I paid for in advance again.

This is the 2nd time I have used Ultimate Carpet Cleaning and I am just as happy this time as the first. They are an excellent company to work with. The technician that cleaned my carpet was very knowledgeable on carpet cleaning, extremely friendly and easy to talk with. I like to support "LOCAL" businesses rather than some nationwide company. I feel I get better service and caring people when dealing with a local business. I highly recommend Ultimate Carpet Cleaning and I will use them in the future.

On time and professional. Rugs were clean and returned on time.

Our carpets were quite dirty, and their cleaning process took out more dirt than any other cleaner we have ever had! They were beatifully clean. They went the extra mile more than once to be sure the job was done extra well. They also explained all the processes thoroughly, gave estimates, and then followed through. The demo of the hard wood floor polishing was fantastic! We will have them do the entire floor soon.

Did a good job but very expensive! Not sure it is worth the high price

Cleaned carpets in our guest cottage, including stairs. Also our bedroom. Very good job. They really took care with our furniture.

I couldn't ask for anything better. They got all the ink out of the couch and the lipstick out of the carpet.

They did a very good job. But I felt they were a little too expensive.

They called ahead and were able to come earlier than planned, which worked out good for me. Thorough explanation of cleaning packages. The basic was $165, deep clean was $234 and the complete clean was $320 based on the size of the areas to be cleaned. I opted for the basic clean. It took about 1.5 hours and dried in about 6 hours. They left carpet booties for me and a bottle of spot cleaner, which I appreciated. Andy was professional and pleasant and got right to work, no high pressure sales to add services. I thought the price was fair.

Everything went very well. The upholstery cleaning turned out better than expected.

Kind of pricey but I think it was worth it. The person who completed the carpet cleaning and stretching was very informative and seemed like he knew what he was doing. A couple of stains resurfaced within a couple of weeks though. When the job was complete, we received a thank you card and a week later we got four delicious brownies and another thank you card with a discount.

Overall, I was very satisfied with the carpet cleaning. However, I have quite a large house and I ordered three different services. They only sent ONE technician to do it all. The poor guy worked all day to try and finish everything, without having time for much of a break and staying WAY longer than planned. It was also problematic that they tried to do the air duct cleaning on the same day as the carpet cleaning. Dust particles can stick to your damp carpets and he had to redo the living room because it left marks. There was no follow-up call after the service. I had to call them back because I noticed my dryer was not working efficiently after the dryer duct cleaning. The same person came back and spent another couple hours and got out quite a bit more dryer lint; the previous cleaning actually plugged the duct. However, my carpets felt clean and soft, probably the best result than any other carpet cleaner I've tried. I would use them again for carpet cleaning. I would not use them again for air duct or dryer duct cleaning. They gave me a good impression up front of their service, but I was disappointed that they did not do a follow up call to see how everything went. They were definitely under-staffed for the job I hired them for, which meant their estimate on how long it would take was way off. I had to change my plans to accommodate them being at my house several hours longer than planned.

Called to set up estimate for a house that we were buying (short sale) and they set up the appointment for our first requested time. I explained it was contingent on the house actually closing and us getting possession and they were very accommodating. Andy and Jeremy showed up right on time and had a quote ready for us right away. Andy got to work stretching the carpet and did the small areas first so Jeremy could start cleaning all the carpets. Andy showed us how the carpet protection worked and how he guaranteed the results. Jeremy finished up the job and both were extremely courteous, professional and careful! We will be calling them when we get our old house ready to sell. Thanks Ultimate for the great job!

Ultimate Carpet is the best carpet cleaning I have ever had!!! Formerly I used a nationwide company which I was very unsatisfied with last time they cleaned my carpet. In reviewing Untilmate Carpet, I say that they not only cleaned carpet, but they also repaired carpet and would factory clean a chair that I thought was unsalvagable. The repair of my carpet is perfect, the chair I sent out to be cleaned looks like new. My carpet had ink stains on it that the former company would not even try to get out, as the young man said, "you set that stain in by trying to clean it yourself and I can do nothing to get it out." When Ultimate Carpet came in to give me an estimate I did not even ask them to try and get the ink out, knowing it was "set in". I was totally shocked when I was told they could get at least some of it out, but I admit I was very doubtful, but figured ok try it. To my surprise those ink stains are so much better that a visitor would not notice them. Untilmate Carpet has wondme over. I will be recommending them to everyone I know and am more than happy to recommend them to you. The owners and their employees are very professional and are the best I have met.

This is my carpet cleaner of choice after trying about 3 others prior to Ultimate Carpet Cleaning. They have several levels of carpet cleaning. Clearly, the services they have provided in my home are more expense than nearly all other carpet cleaners. On the other hand, they have revitalized my old carpet and saved me the cost of replacing it sooner than necessary. Anyone who is a pet owner embarrassed by awful pet odors in your home, Ultimate Carpet Cleaners really will eliminate the odor. All carpet cleaners say they will take care of pet odors, but there is no comparison to the results I get with Ultimate Carpet Cleaners. I'm unable to explain the process as well as the owner, but I'll try. The carpet cleaning machine really gets the solution down deep through the carpet and pad and has an extraction system that really gets the moisture out of the carpet. I have also had them clean area rugs and soiled cushions at their off site location. The results with the cushion was especially notable. I was petsitting for friends and the cat was accidentally closed into one of the rooms. A chair cushion was literally drenched in cat urine. Ultimate Carpet Cleaners effectively cleaned it for me before the owners returned home. They have finicky noses, but never detected an odor. In fact, the rocker was moved into the living room. I confessed to the owners. Since then, they have utilized Ultimate Carpet Cleaners for their home. Previously, I referred UCC to my dentist who had a patient break an ink pen on new carpeting in the waiting room and there were two large messy spots. A different carpet cleaner previously attempted to clean the ink spots, with poor results. I told my dentist that I had just the cleaners to do the job. He follow through on my referral. Each time I visit the dentist, I admire the work Ultimate did. The carpet was saved.

They were adequate. I can’t think of anything they could have done better. I was not happy with how expensive they were.

I have used Ultimate Carpet Cleaners for a number of years. Jeremy is wonderful to work with and his staff is very professional and helpful. I have always been happy with their work. I highly recommend them.

Have used several times.show up on time, carpets are cleaned well, use wet system so have to allow time to dry afterwards, steam cleaning of tile was excellent. I have dogs and light colored carpet so use them frequently. Spot treating works well. Would recommend.

I was impressed with Ultimate Carpet Cleaning's marketing and contacted them. An appointment was set for the cleaning with an estimate to be given just before the start, which I could accept or not. The owner was very professional and knowledgeable, and explained in detail how and what would be done, offering several steps in the process that are frequently not available with other cleaners. He gave me a complete and firm estimate. Their carpet cleaning was excellent, and the owner went the "extra mile" in cleaning the chair (that had been setting in the garage for several years) by taking it to his shop where he could give it the special attention needed. The chair was returned in like-new condition--beautiful! The carpet, however, even with the additional treatments, did not seem to retain its original appearance any better than other cleanings I have had in the past. (I should note here that I'm the only person living in the house and am a dedicated house cleaner.) My experience with Ultimate Carpet Cleaners, overall, was excellent. They were professional, thorough, punctional, delivered as promised, and followed-up on their service. Although their prices could be considered "fair," I believe they were nevertheless much higher than other companies, and for this reason only I probably would not hire them again, but I would unhesitantly recommend them to friends and others for whom budgetary constraints are not a problem.
