Was some odd fan noise in my in-laws AC system. Tech was on time, professional, efficient, polite, etc. Explained things very well.

Short Story: They did exactly what they said they would do, when they said they would for the exact amount. We could not be happier. More: The two installers were very puntual, polite, professional. They took great care in laying down protective carpet covering. The install was extremely professional, you can tell they take pride intheir work. When they were done they cleaned up and it was like they weren't even there. Very satisfied, City Wide would be the first call i'll make in the future.

Have not yet scheduled the installation but will within the next couple of weeks

Called early in the morning and got on the list for service that day. Service person was here mid-morning and had the parts in the truck to finish the job in about one hour.

On one of the hottest days of the year my AC stopped working. I called at 11:30 AM, never thought I would get a service call today! Technician Ross showed up at 2 PM, determined it was a bad breaker, went to get the part and was finished by 3. Thank you, Thank you!!!!

The air conditioner was completely out at a house just bought. City Wide came out the same day I called, found a very simple problem, fixed it, checked out the rest of the AC and didn't charge anything past the diagnostic fee I was expecting. It is working great now and the tech didn't try to charge me for anything I didn't need. Great experience.

The repair person showed up on time, did the job, cleaned up after himself, and left. He was courteous, helpful, and knew his stuff. He gave me a satisfactory explanation of what he was going to do, and he did it. I have been impressed with everyone I have ever been in contact with at City Wide. I highly recommend this company.

I had a water leakage in my air condition system. They asked me to change a filter and did some simple measurement. I paid $90 for the visit. They stated they are done fixing my problem. Two day later I forced to call them again because of the same leakage. Second technician did the same measurement and same job.They did not asked me to pay for this visit. They offer me finally replace A-coil and offer me this labor and parts for $1500. I did not take their offer. I found A -coil replacement for just $800 from different provider. 3 week later they send me an extra bill for the second visit !!!

The service man, Adam, even brought the part that was broken inside to show me what was wrong and further explained how it worked. He explained how he would repair our central air conditioning unit and made the repair. They were professional and courteous, from my phone call requesting service to final repair. Will definately use them again, if the need arises, and would highly recommend them to others!

I called City Wide because, although my A/C unit was working and cooling, it seemed that it took longer than it used to to cool down a few degrees. Thought maybe I had a freon leak or needed a freon charge. Adam arrived and checked all the systems inside the outdoor A/C unit. Said everything was perfect there and it did not need any more freon. Checked systems inside the house at the furnace. Everything checked out within specs. Lastly, because my unit needed cleaning of dust, dirt and leaves, he washed that down as well. A major factor I was told is that when the humidity is high (which it had been for several days here), it takes longer for the A/C unit to handle the moisture first before cooling. Was very happy with service provided by City Wide and Adam was very informative and courteous.

After securing several quotes, I chose CityWide based on previous reviews and the comfort in level of knowledge and expertise I felt they had after they cameon site for the estimate. The installation crew was very polite and courteous and did a great job.

I called City Wide at 8:00 a.m. in the morning and they had a repair team to my house by 10:30. That first call was handled professionally by a City Wide employee and not an answering service. I think the pricing was good based upon what I knew about equipment and installation costs. The install went without a hitch and so far it looks like a good install. City Wide filled out the energy rebate info and mailed to me for signing.

They showed up on time with all the materials they needed to complete the job within the 4 hour estimate I was given. Being in the winter, they were considerate of the need to bring in material from the outside and not track through my house, so they made several trips through an external daylight window in my basement so as to not bring in snow and water. They visited with me to confirm my needs and discussed the installation of the heat runs to fit my remodeling plan. The work was very professional, I am very satisfied, and they thoroughly cleaned up after themselves when done. They provided tips for finishing the remodeling project where it involved the installation work they performed.

Knowledgeable staff. Very careful to leave things clean. Price was compared with 2 other vendors. City Wide provided more services for a lower total cost. This was a multiple day install. Communications to me was inconsistent as to what days they would be working

I have used City Wide for my HVAC since my furnace was installed. I always receive prompt, reliable service from personnel who are knowledgeable, polite and professional. In this particular service call, I was having my annual winter furnace inspection. There was a several week delay between my call and when the service was performed due to the amount of business for inspection services. Since this was a routine appointment, not an emergency, that was not a problem.

they were punctual and cleaned up after they left. I had them back one time after the install to add the outside thermometer and adjust the humidifier. I would recommend them and use them again.

I am a craftsman and insist of quality work. These guys did an exceptional job and only had to talk to them about 2 very MINOR issues. My mechanical room looks like it should be in a magazine. I have used Bell Brothers in the past and these guys are head and shoulders above them. These guys showed up on time and worked around the trades well. Couldnt be happier.

They did what they said they'd do at the time they said they'd do it.

First, we bid out the project to three different contractors. I can't say I was unhappy with any of the contractors in the bidding process. We decided to go with City Wide because they had (previous) good reviews on Angie's List and I liked their straight forward process. They had a clear bid--work to be performed, equipment to be installed, everything else included with the install, and guarantee--all on one page. When we had questions about the bid they had clear and prompt answers. Their bid seemed fair--in the middle of the three. They suggested Bryant equipment because they have sold and serviced it for decades. Averything they did before we accepted them as our choice made us feel comfortable that they would do the install right and support us years down the road. So far everything has turned out as expected. The install went well, it doesn't looks like they took any shortcuts, and so far the equipment is running well (haven't had a chance to run the furnace yet).

They were fantastic. They answered all of our questions and were very professional. They brought things to our attention that we might not have thought off. The installation work was very good. Our son has also used them and was very pleased.

Occassionally we have had emergency calls and have found City Wide responds quickly and takes care of the problem quickly for a fair price. We are happy with their service.

Called because my air conditioning unit would run but the house wasn't cooling down. Service tech came out on a Tuesday night, checked it over and told me that the compressor had completely gone out and unit wasn't repairable. Asked if I knew how old the air conditioner was and I knew that it was at least 8 years old but didn't know when it had been installed. He double-checked and said that it was 22 yrs old. I then had him check the age of the furnace and it was 34 yrs old. Decided to go ahead and replace both and get more energy efficient models. They weren't able to get to me until Friday but the service men arrived bright and early and by late afternoon, I had air conditioning again. Finished up installing the furnace today. A previous owner had installed a and quot;walland quot; next to the furnace made out of louvered doors. The service men took the and quot;walland quot; down and put it back up and you would never know that they had to take it down.Service men were polite and were always letting me know what was going on as they did it. Also received in the mail today, the rebate form for MidAmerican Energy, all filled out except for what I need to fill out myself. I love this company! I figured I'd have to do all the paperwork myself.

The guys who came out did work and left the area in great shape. They are a fair company. When we compared prices they gave the same equipment for a much better price than other companies!

Prompt service for a leaking AC, came back twice to address releaks at no charge. They stand behind their work.

They are very good, prompt and dependable. They are trustworthy and give me good advice. They advised me as to what filters to use for my furnace and told me that I was spending way too much money on my furnace filters thereby helping me save a lot of money. They have repaired things for me that I have been told by someone else were not repairable but they were able to keep my air conditioning functioning when others told me it had to be replaced. Their pricing is average and pretty much the same as others in the area. I would highly recommend them to others.
