Midwest Indoor Air Quality LLC offers the following services: We inspect and test for mold when there are health concerns, and before and after mold remediation has taken place to identify the species of molds present and the amount of spores in the air. We do clearance tests for project managers, banks and insurance companies. We also do radon gas testing and are licensed in the state of Iowa for real estate transactions as well as private parties concerned with protecting their families and employees from lung cancer. We test for asbestos, as well.
We do not do mold remediation or radon mitigation or asbestos removal because we are an independent testing company. Much of our business is done in conjunction with those types of restoration companies as their testing vehicle, so we are able to provide referrals as needed.
