Description of Work: Went with this provider due to same day service, showed up on time. Only complaint is the coupon advertised on Angie's list which was purchased, really wasn't a coupon, I paid 45 dollars for a service call and 1hr of labor. I ended up w/ paying an additional 65 dollars for minimum hr charge even though the visit was for 45min total not an hour and 45min.

Description of Work: Paid for the $59 garage door tune up. While he was here had him replace the rollers on the garage door. The technician noticed that I had a couple of broken hinges and replaced those. My garage door has never run more smoothly or quietly! The technician showed up as scheduled and was very friendly and professional.

Description of Work: We got a new garage door from them. The salesman was prompt. Quality was good and the price was reasonable. I had to call once to find out when they were coming out to put the new door in, but it worked well. They even showed up early on installation day!

Description of Work: First technician came to check over the garage doors x 3 and do any maintenance. He replaced one part and billed me for it. Called 2nd technician after noticing that 1st tech didn't check for garage door sealibility around the top of the door or where rubber part of door seal. The second time the 2 technicians came and fixed the needed repairs.
