I did not like them. I had gone in for something and he was very rude. The doctor was very rude. I have eyebrows that were falling out and were gone. I had gone to my regular doctor and he said to go to a dermatologist so I went to this doctor down here. I went in and set down. In the mornings they are red, not a rash, but just like inflamed. He looked at it and said it looked like it went down around your nose. He has this great big mirror on the wall and I was sitting on a chair. He'd backed off and did something for notes and I got up and looked in the mirror to see what he was talking about the redness around me nose and he said, would you please sit down, just very blunt. I went and sat down and then he did something else and never touched me, he was just looking at it and he mentioned something else, some visible spot on me. There was no mirror or anything that he gave me to look at so I got up again because I thought he had just asked me to sit down because he wanted to look again. And so I got up to look in the mirror of what he was talking about and he said, would you please sit down, he said, you are making me nervous. I looked at him. I just could not believe that he was that rude. I said, I'm sorry, I just did not know what you were talking about and I wanted to look at it. And then I just got so mad I was about in tears and he said, well, I don't know what it is. I think he knew I was visibly upset and I was just not used to being treated like that and it hurt my feelings and I just would not talk to him. He said, I just don't know what it is, so I said fine and I got up and I left. It was a very bad experience. It wasn't like I came in with some rare disease. I don't think that having your eyebrows falling out would be that far fetched for a dermatologist to give you some ideas of what it could be, or what you are eating, or what you are taking for pills. Nothing was ever discussed or anything. I just thought it was poor service and I had to pay. They didn't help me one iota.
Description of Work: I last used Town Square Dermatology for my eyebrows.

I really like the staff. She was very nice. She seems pretty knowledgeable. She had a good idea of what treatment would help my particular problem. The treatment worked well within two months.

I went to the free clinic where Kimberly and her staff volunteer! They looked at a spot and decided it needed further investigation. They let me come to their office and treated me for free (I did not have health insurance). I now have insurance, and go there every year for a skin check. They are extremely nice and knowledgeable.
Description of Work: I had a basal cell carcinoma. They performed a biopsy and treated it. I have also had a full body skin check.

They quickly diagnosed the bump and give me my options for treatment. They were also willing to bill in a manner that would allow my insurance to cover the optional procedure if/when I decide to go back in.
Description of Work: 2nd opinion for a small bump on my cheek examined.
