Very prompt, reasonable and responsive. Couldn t have gone better. My daughter was moving from one state to another and we needed to get rid of a lot of older furniture. We only had two days to decide what to do with it all and places we called were quoting very high prices and long timeframes. Then we found Black Oak Services and they took all the stress out of the junk removal by coming the same day and being very prompt with their responses. They also do high quality work! Had Jake hauled about four trailer full of yard waste in very tight spaces. He was very careful with driving and backing up. Excellent to work with, very professional, and as others had mentioned - very personable. I definitely will call him back to haul more things in the future. He also has a very fair rate.
