We initially only needed a small rear porch installed and quickly received a visit and verbal quote on the work.  They were backed up with a lot of other work, so it would be weeks before they could get to us.  In the mean time I discovered the front door frame was rotted out as was the floor joist underneath.  We called and Matt stopped out to look things over.  We needed a new door, along with a new rim joist.  To get to the joist, the front porch would need to be removed and possibly replaced.   
A few days later they stopped back to take measurements for the new door.  Since they couldn't be sure how much of the joist needed replacing until they dug into it, they couldn't give me a firm estimate on that work.  We left phone and voice 
messages saying we wanted to go ahead with the work, but didn't hear from them over the next two weeks.  We finally reached someone at the office and they got the door on order, which would arrive in another two weeks.
After three more weeks passed, we began to call and e-mail again for an estimate of when they'd be able to start our repairs.  The answer was always "hopefully next week".  After three more weeks they arrived and replaced the joist, door, and porches in two days.  
The porches are solidly constructed and the door is high-quality and carefully installed.  There was some delay in installing the interior trim around the door after installation and it also needed to be redone to match the nearby window trim.  There were small issues with how the porch flashing interfaced with the Tyvek moisture barrier.  In both cases Matt made sure things were corrected and that I was happy with the result.
When I had questions about the final invoice Matt and Chad worked with me to resolve my concerns. 
Overall, I am very pleased with how the repairs turned out.  While they are not always the quickest to respond to e-mail or phone communication, I think this is mostly due to the amount of work they have on their plates.  Given the quality of their work and commitment to customer satisfaction I can understand why their services are in high demand.

I did not like having the work delayed time after time. They kept saying they would come and kept not showing up. It took almost two years from when I hired them to when the work was finally completed. Their communication is very poor. They would ignore my question via email, or they would give me partial answers.
