While the work was well done and I do not believe the price for this job was over priced a larger job I had an estimate on was way over priced.

Experienced a leak in the water main connector. Brison called on a major holiday to assess the repair. The technician arrived ahead of schedule and repaired the leak in a timely manner. Everyone was respectful and the job was finished quickly and efficiently. Price was high, but considering I requested a repair on a major holiday it was reasonable and I am pleased with the work.

Quick response time. Cleared drain blockage pretty quick as well. Would recommend to others.

I had one problem and the next day another emergency. Brison handled it well in spite of having to get parts, running into traffic, and overrunning into another appointment. Thanks, Brison for bailing me out on my way out of town.

Brison's quality of work is good. His client interaction and his ability to communicate needs improvement. His coworker interfered with progress and created a hostile environment. I will not recommend Brison's Plumbing to anyone, unless they want drama with their repairs.

Brison's plumbing did a good job of replacing my bathroom faucet. I was a little disappointed that I did not get a copy of my bill. I did Email Brison to send me a copy.

Courteous and a very nice young fellow. Did a good job in clearing a drain, and was careful to clean up afterwards. Would recommend to others.

Brison did a great job. He made sure that I was able to observe the problem, drove to get the part, returned, fixed the problem, then, showed me again what he had done and how it worked better. Problem solved. The payment was reasonable and impressed with the customer service and professionalism given to me.

Our toilet was constantly running, so they replaced the internal parts and charged us $170. However, two days the toilet started to continuously run again. We called them back and they charged us another $90 for another internal part. They should have only charged us for the cost of the part on their second visit because they missed it the first time, but they refused to accommodate us. Way overpriced for the extremely poor service.

Associate sent was friendly, knowledgeable and honest. Would certainly use them again.

Brison did a wonderful job replacing our outside sink/wash tub and faucet. He even went above and beyond and took care of some corroded house hook up to our washing machine. Highly recommended!

Very professional and explained everything

Brison was professional, polite, timely, and honest. He did one job to install a garbage disposal and then I hired him again to install a tub diverter in my bathroom. His pricing is reasonable, he explains his work, and he is courteous and clean. I am hiring him a third time to clear a slow draining bathtub.

The specific project was twofold. Brison changed out our main drainage system of cast iron to PVC. Additionally, he installed a new water heater. Brison stands true to the vision of his company, “It is our hope and vision that we provide you with quality service while keeping integrity, vigilance, and honesty at the forefront of it all”. A genuine professional that truly understands customer service. Brison’s high level of professionalism and personal ability separates him from ALL others. His communication and knowledge are incredibly amazing. Brison took on our project from the onset as if it were his own. We look forward to working with Brison again when we are ready for our kitchen and bathroom remodel projects.

Brison was on site with in 1hr of receiving the call. In fact he called me before I even completed my call on the computer. He checked out the job and what material was needed and went to Home Depot to get the material and completed the job in 2 hrs. Great Job!!!!!
