Awesome. One of the windows arrived damaged from the manufacturer which delayed the installation. The owner called me twice to let me know what was going on.

From start to finish a solid team of professionals. Calling them back for round 2...

They were great. They had a good product, and they use their own crews to install the windows. They were not a hard pressure sales people. They did what they said they were going to do, and they did it quickly and efficiently. They left the area clean when they left.

Lee and his crews are professional and came highly recommended to me. I couldn't have been more pleased with the quality of product and how the installation went. The header of one of the windows was rotting from water seeping behind the rock because there was no weather barrier. They immediately notified me of the problem. They put the window in temporarily and are coming back out to permanently install later after I get the issue fixed. Great to work with. I highly recommend.

Before choosing Pinnacle Windows & Siding, I had estimates from four other companies. I did not choose the most expensive, nor the cheapest. My decision was strictly based on a quality product, the warranty that the manufacturer and installer provided, how long the installer has been in business and reviews. I had 32 windows replaced with Okna Insul-Tec windows in Dec 2016. We could not be any happier with the product and Pinnacle Window & Siding. Beginning with Nancy in the office who was always very cheerful and helpful any time I called the office, to the salesman Dennis who is very knowledgeable about the products they offered and provided sample windows to choose from, and finally the installers. Our job was considered a big job and I had a four man crew. It took two days to complete, which I thought was incredible. The installers were very professional, showed up on time each day and cleaned up to perfection after each installed window. I could not be any happier. I can not believe the difference in my new windows. No more foggy windows. The sound from the outside is quieter. The cold air stays outside, no more drafty windows. Looking forward to the summer months as I'm sure my electricity will be lower this year.

The estimate went smoothly with everything explained. The windows came as projected. The installation crew was great. Work was done quickly and clean-up was thorough. New windows were explained and demonstrated for us. Could not have asked for more. Would definitely use Pinnacle again.

It was excellent. The sales rep came out promptly after I called and answered all my questions, the owner came out to do the measurements and I was kept informed all along the way about the order and scheduling. The original windows were about 25 years old, difficult to remove and there was decayed wood in many of the frames which was all replaced (even on frames on windows that were retained (garage and picture window)). The job was not easy and took longer than expected - the crew was excellent, patient and took care of every detail. You could tell that they care about the quality of the work and would not leave until they were satisfied. The new front door (and storm door) are very nice and I have already received compliments. We can tell the difference in the house already! The owner called twice (once during and again after the job was done) and this customer service is great!

The salesperson for Pinnacle was very knowledgeable and helpful in sorting our the type of windows we wanted. There was no sales pressure. Visited their Woodstock office to get a hands on look at the windows and features. Met with the company owner and office manager. They were very helpful and answered all of our questions. We got four bids and while Pinnacle was not the lowest the windows we selected were better quality and I liked that the installation crews were employees of Pinnacle. The installation crew showed up on time and the installation went smoothly. Very professional and experienced, no issues. They were able to install all 23 windows and repair two sills in one day. Very happy with the results. The price was very reasonable given the quality of the windows and the installation.

We interviewed four companies to replace all the windows in our home and selected Pinnacle because of the product (Soft-Lite Elements), price (neither highest or lowest), but most importantly - installation process. Dennis (sales) walked us through window options and explained how Pinnacle works. He answered our follow up questions after the initial sales call. Nancy kept us informed about the manufacturing schedule and coordinated the installation date. The installation crew was fantastic: Steve, Robert, Jason, and Kevin. The job was completed in one day and when they started the wind chill was 19 degrees. They repaired some unexpected wood rot on three windows; measured and installed metal cladding around all the windows, sealed everything to prevent water penetration, and left a clean job site. A meticulous, efficient, and professional installation. We are very pleased.

Overall we could not have asked for a better experience. The whole project went well from start to finish. Dennis came and reviewed with us three different Vinyl window offerings. I had been doing research on window characteristic and was already at least familiar with terms . He answered all our questions, and afterwards when we were comparing 4 companies' quotes, was very responsive in providing specifications for the windows that we had not gone over the first time. There was no hard sell. There was no specials if you sign today so none of the selling gimmicks used by some companies. We narrowed our selection to two companies with similar quotes (Pinnacle was slightly higher but in our opinion a slightly better window) and selected Pinnacle based on the reputation of the Window manufacturer and the positive comments on Angie's list. We selected Soft-Lite Expression windows for the living area and the Bainbridge model for the daylight basement. It was obvious from the first couple of windows that the installers knew what they were doing. They only found a couple of minor issues with the house and easily corrected them. In one spot thy even added some cladding that hadn't been specifically included in the original quote. We had been informed by one of the other companies that removal of window treatments would be an extra charge. This was included in the Pinnacle quote and they handled that part easily even using better screws to reinstall the brackets for our blinds. Clean up was such that when they were done in a room you couldn't even tell that anything had been done. We are extremely happy with the windows now that they have been in for a few days. The house is quieter when the wind blows and there is no air infiltration. The BetterVue high definition fiberglass screens are nearly invisible. You can hardly tell there's a screen on the window.

Exceptional Service from initial contact and quote to measurements to installation. A top notch firm that I would not hesitate to use again. Lee Fullers team is the best. The windows have now been in for 6 months and no wind or water leaks at all and all operate flawlessly. We had one challenging window (large Atrium size) that was difficult to locate but Lee and the team were not deterred and found the perfect match - Well done pinnacle!

Pinnacle was the first company from which I requested a quote. Dennis W. took measurements and discuss our options as most windows salesmen do. Dennis informed us that the quote was good for one year, which gives a customer plenty of time to decide. He was not pushy in any way, unlike Anderson and Home Depot who were also more expensive by the way. My wife and I visited their office in Woodstock, because we wanted to have a look at the windows again, plus look at a sliding glass window. We were lucky that Mr. Lee was the only one in the office, and he showed us a sliding glass window for another customer, which confirmed that decision was the way to go. Plus he provided some instrumental advice regarding U-factor & solar gain coefficient vs. visibility. We had thought we wanted to go with the top of the line glass pack, but he warned that it really can affect the visibility. We left there after "signing on the dotted line" feeling like we made a good decision. One of the lead installers, Robert, came back a couple of weeks later to recheck the measurements to ensure the original measurements were correct. Since we are following up window replacement with replacing the siding, Robert provided some advice to have the siding contractor replace the exterior window trim to fit the new windows. As our install date approached, I called Nancy a couple of times just to reconfirm the estimated date, and actually our windows came in earlier than expected, and the company would have been able to install two weeks earlier than expected. Unfortunately, that would have been the week before our vacation, and we wanted to ensure the siding was replaced soon after. We set a date that was two weeks after we returned from vacation. Steve, Jason and Dewayne showed up on time installation date. In short, the team did a fantastic job, as far as I can tell. If you haven't seen a replacement window going in, it's pretty brutal; you can find videos of such on YouTube. The lead, Steve, answered all of my questions. He provided an example of how the heat from the outside pane not transferring to the inside pane. Quite amazing for someone coming from clear glass windows. The team moves any heavy furniture out of the way and removes any window furnishings. For those that have concerns about people waking in and out on their carpet; the guys removed their shoes each and every time; my wife was happy. My wife and son left for half the day and returned just as they were starting my son's room. He was so excited he was getting new windows. He didn't want to leave his room. He even said "Thank you" to Steve. Jason did a great job of sealing off the exterior gaps that inherent with replacing windows in such a way our siding contractor could either place trim over it or remove the aluminum strips he added. Dewayne took care of moving old windows out and new windows in and cleaning the windows, even making a second round to remove some faint yellow spots. In our decision of which window company to go with, we ended with two installers - Pinnacle and another well-known company. The way we decided was based on reviews and BBB complaints. Reviews can be gamed, so to speak, but I think ratings are more accurate with more reviews. Pinnacle had over 200 reviews on Angie's List, far more than any other window installer, with an A rating. Our second choice had around 70 reviews with a B rating. By the way, the results were similar on Kudzu, though I suspect AL is less likely have false reviews due to being a paid service. I also read over some of the reviews for both companies. Last, Pinnacle had 0 BBB complaints over the last 3 years, whereas the other company about just under 30 complaints, regarding installation or customer service issues. My last advice would be to look at the different window styles available (double-hung, sliding, casement, etc.) for each of your windows. As we neared our install date, I realized it would have been nice to use outswing casement windows on the outer two windows in our kitchen. They are smaller than the middle window, and casements provide 100% opening for ventilation. Plus using a different grid design than our previous windows. These are not regrets, though; we really like what we have.

From estimate to the last bead of caulk, Lee, Nancy, Steve, Robert and the crew were the most professional team I have ever worked with. Made you feel like part of their family. We shopped three different estimates and it was clear from the start that the product and the installation was far superior with Pinnacle than with the others. This was a big ticket item for my wife and I, but we both agreed that Pinnacle was the way to go. If anyone in the Atlanta area is looking to have Windows replaced do not waste your time with anyone else. Just call Lee.

I had the most amazing experience working with Pinnacle Windows. It started out with Lee coming out and showing me different windows and explaining the various features. He was so laid back and knowledgeable and took time to get my questions answered and was not at all high pressured like the other people I had met with prior. I am a QA Analyst and ask a lot of detailed questions but Lee was very patient and it was very apparent the whole time that he stands by his products and wants his customers to be happy with their selection. Steve installed our windows and did an amazing job. He is very meticulous and it showed. His diligence and the amount of time he spent on the install indicated his professionalism. I was not sure whether or not I wanted to get the windows capped with aluminum cladding so Steve built one out for me so that I could see what it would look like. I opted to go with the cladding and I'm happy that I did. Also, Steve left my place neater than when he arrived. All in all it was a great experience working with Pinnacle and I'm very happy with the windows and the install. I feel that the quality of the windows are superior to many others I saw after doing significant research on window forums, and the overall value is better than the other companies I had met with. Not to mention working with such a top-notch group of people who really value their products and customers. It was truly a pleasure working with the folks at Pinnacle and have peace of mind knowing that they will always be there for me should the need arise.

We are extremely satisfied with our experience and the windows and door that were installed. From meeting with Dennis the salesperson, through scheduling with Nancy and then installation with Steve, the project could not have been any smoother. Everybody was dedicated and professional. And the finished product is nothing short of fantastic. We had a bit of a tricky issue with replacing the door since the house has had some settling and the existing door no longer swung open fully. When Steve came to measure the doors I mentioned this to him and he took very careful measurements. And then during the install he displayed great carpentry skills and installed the new door so that it now swings fully open. What a fantastic job. We are so happy that we went with Pinnacle. They really have proved to be the best!

Pinnacle Windows was excellent to work with from sales, to scheduling and through installation. We had a big job replacing almost all the windows in the house, 2 sets of french patio doors and a huge palladium window. The workmanship and attention to detail was fantastic. Steve and Robert took tremendous pride in their work. We had a fair amount of wood rot and they made sure it was all replaced before installing the windows/doors. Lee, the owner, came by to apologize personally for a minor delay in getting started. We've worked with a number of contractors on other jobs in our house and Pinnacle Windows is by far the best and most professional company we have worked with. We shopped around a good amount before deciding ... their pricing was good, offered quality brand windows and had the best installation. They treated our home with respect and cleaned up spotless each day. We are extremely happy with everyone at the company and the excellent work done. We love our new windows!

Installation was good, however after sales service is very poor. I have called the company 3 times and left messages and no one has called me back. I have one window which has jumped the tracks and I need it repaired. UPDATE : Company contacted me and the issue has been resolved. The parts have been ordered and will be installed soon. There was a misunderstanding of communication. All is good now.

The job was professionally done from start to finish. Every person we came into contact with was on time, professional and excellent at their particular job from getting the estimate to every phone call with Nancy (scheduler) to the installation itself. I would highly recommend Pinnacle to anyone looking to get windows or doors replaced. We had met with a few other options and they were FAR better than any others who were MUCH too pushy or too laid back. Thank you to Dennis and the entire team for the great job!

The Pinnacle Window company was outstanding. From the estimator who gave us an in-house immediate estimate with various options to the installation of the windows. The crew was exceptional. Steve, Robert, Wayne, and Kevin did an amazing job. The work is absolutely perfect. They left the house spotless. They are a very hard working crew who know what they are doing and treated our home like it was their own. We plan on using them for the remaining windows in the future and highly recommend Pinnacle!

Pinnacle had replaced several windows for me 15 years ago, and they are as great as ever. Truly professional work, excellent craftsmanship, excellent service, price reasonable, work done exactly as promised.

My husband and I called four different window replacement companies last summer. Three showed up to give us estimates. The first was committed to following "closing a sale procedure," he didn't hear a word I said. Then their company gave an outrageous price, more than twice what we paid to Pinnacle, and when I wanted a garden window I was told they don't do that. The next company to come to our home to give us and estimate was Pinnacle. Dennis was a breath of fresh air after what we had endured from the last salesman. His is competent, he listened, he gave us options, and a garden window without a bat of the eyelash. The third window company to show up, had absolutely no interest in selling us anything. He gave a price and he left. The fourth called me back about two weeks after we'd made our purchase. Pinnacle was the middle estimate. The first was outrageous, the last was a little less than Pinnacle. Now the job has been completed. Pinnacle employees are amazing. Four men showed up and worked without stopping for two days. The last window they put in is my garden window. I can't believe the difference new windows make in our home. I'm happy as a clam that we chose Pinnacle. Dennis came to our home and without pressure or ultimatums sold us. Not only that, but the price he quoted is the price we paid. We didn't have to give a deposit and we paid after the work was completed. If there was a way to give this company five A+ I would in a heartbeat. They were excellent beyond belief. Would I use them again? Yes. Would I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone else? You betcha'. In today's world of shoddy workmanship, unfinished jobs and ripping people off, Pinnacle is more than the total opposite. They came and did their job in a professional, timely and considerate manner. I couldn't be happier with the quality of windows and door and the installation. The Pinnacle team from the sales lead, Dennis Williams, to the office manager, Nancy, to the installers Steve, Jason, Robert and Kevin and last but not least, Owner, Lee Fuller provided outstanding service and professionalism during the entire process. I researched many companies and Pinnacle stood out as one of the best. Pinnacle showed me why they are rated so highly. Their attentive staff from the selection of windows and doors, scheduling, and installation was flawless and the high quality craftsmanship (these guys are skilled carpenters not just window installers) of the installation was beyond my expectations. I have a friend who is a carpenter and he was extremely impressed with the detail finish work the installers completed. We had large palladian windows that required custom installations and the end result is fantastic. I highly recommend Pinnacle Window and Siding Co. for all your door and window needs.
