He came back and installed the door after I had the granite installed. They came out exactly when I needed them to and on time. They did an excellent job cleaning up after the installation. They were wonderful and I love the door!

 + -1 moreD'Sapone was very responsive after my initial inquiry. Did a quote within one day, based on my verbal description and estimates for the job. Then came to house to see space and measure for precise ordering. Gave design advice throughout the process too, including telling me where more expensive options wouldn't improve the look or function of the shower (which was much appreciated). We were on a tight timeline with family coming to town before the holidays, and D'Sapone worked to get order placed quickly and installed the day after they received the glass. Installation was thorough, including cleanup, instructions for cleaning, and potential issues to watch for. Very friendly, responsive, and priced competitively or even more aggressively with others that I called in the area.
Description of Work: Glass shower enclosure in upstairs bathroom. Approximately 4' x 8' glass on two sides of the shower, including one side with swinging door. Basic chrome hardware and clear glass.

He was working all day for the full 8 hours. He also removed all the incorrectly installed grout, disinfected it, cleaned the mold, and put my glass doors back up.
Description of Work: They re-grouted my bathroom floor. They also re-grouted the shower and cleaned the mold. I also purchased cleaning products from them.

 + -1 moreMic and Kevin arrived on time and went to work immediately. They took out the old shower, made several repairs to some worn out wood and wall board, and installed a new shower (complete tiling, etc.) as well as a new (and larger) shower door. They were thorough and completely cleaned up after themselves each day. The new shower is beautiful. The quality of their work was outstanding! There were no partial payments as the work progressed; we paid the full cost at the end of the job.

 + 0 moreAll of the folks at Atlanta Grout and Tile Care, Inc. - from Kathy in customer service, to Mic who made the estimate and to James, the technician who completed the replacement and repair - are very service and customer oriented. Communications via emails were timely and service and work needed were correct. When I reviewed and accepted the estimate, time to schedule my rehab was approximately 2 weeks. Mic was prompt to make the estimate - called in advance to let me know when to expect him, pleasant and professional when he arrived. On the day of service, James phoned when he was 30 minutes from my home, arrived a few minutes early and went right to work. He covered my hardwood floors and carpet prior to starting work. Each time he walked outside and came back inside, he used shoe sole covers. The repair took approximately 4 hours. A very pleasant experience - and the shower looks brand new!!
Description of Work: Master bath shower (stall) : removed then replaced cultured marble threshold (curb), replaced shower door sweep , cleaned and sealed cultured marble.

 + 1 moreFabulous! We needed to improve our ugly masterbathroom before putting the house on the market. We didn't have time or money for a remodell so I called Atlanta Grout. I emailed them photos of the bath and they provided an estimate (very convenient process). Their guy came out in two weeks. He worked h****** the shower, tub and floor for two days and I was very pleased with the results. He got the bath as clean and white as possible (it's very ugly) and the floor tile looks brand new.

 + -1 moreThey came out and measured and confirmed the level and plumb of the shower space one day. and took about a week and a half to make the glass. When the glass was ready, Kevin came out and did the install in a couple of hours to my total satisfaction. Kevin had a second person with him who he was training. As I observed the information and "tips of the trade" being handed out, it was obvious Kevin knew his trade.

 + 2 moreThis company went beyound the call of duty, I should know since I have been in the service business. Steve came out and gave me estimate on what it would be to take care of my problem in the bathroom. But also gave estimate on what I wanted to do in the future for the other bathroom (a surprise for my husband when he final comes home from Afghanistain). When it came time for the work to begin they made it all work out for me to have things done by the holidays which but they in a bind but they did it ,they also did a few extra things for me which was not on the estimate. The office an Miss Kathy was also working with me and helpful on so many levels. I would have they back again and also tell everyone about the work they performed. One things you will not have to worry about they take great care of the owners home and its the personal that may have to be at home at the time of work. From the dust, smell and the equipment they bring into the area they really take proud in the work they do but also guys that came to do all the work were very nice an gentlemen.  + -1 moreThese guys are great and did a stunning job on my shower, it has never looked so good. The technician showed up promptly on the scheduled day and spent more than half the day working with our shower stall. Every joint between every tile was redone using their special sealing process. When I came home that night, the shower stall was sparkling and looked like new. We had to wait a few days to use the shower but that was not an issue. They also explained the cleaning process and left us numerous bottles of the cleaning solution. Kathy in the home office was absolutely a delight to deal with, about as pleasant an individual as you will ever meet; she made sure everything was going according to plan and sent me a kind note after the work was performed, thanking me for using their service. That was a nice touch and well-appreciated. I have nothing but the highest praise for this company and look forward to working with them again in the future
Description of Work: I had the company use their special process to completely seal the tile, wall and floor, in my shower stall. The existing grout in the shower was cracked and exposed and re-grouting same only delayed the inevitable.

 + -1 moreOur initial contact with D'Sapone was via Cathy at their office location. She was great to deal with and kept us up-to-date with progress from estimating to measuring to fitting. Estimating and fitting were done by Kevin who was very professional and did a superb job of measuring and fitting the new doors. All the holes in the old tiles were neatly filled with epoxy and we now have a great looking shower. Kevin also took the time to fit the new shower trim. It's perhaps worth pointing out that the only other company - Home Depot - that we had to quote for the job gave us an estimate of $2,500 for the new doors and an amazing $500 to fit the shower trim. I certainly have no hesitation in recommending D'Sapone - they were great!!

 + 0 moreRepresentative from company came out and looked at shower, explained why it would no longer come clean with OTC cleaners and how they could fix it. They gave a cost for the entire procedure along with time it would take to complete including drying time and time for sealant to cure. We set a date and they were there on time. They completed the processed as agreed on and came back out to look at a couple of things we had questions on the same day we called. The shower looks like new and with continued use of the spray we purchase from them, we have not had to clean it since and it still looks great.

 + 0 moreThe staining of the grout made the tile installation look like it was supposed to.
Description of Work: We had a sewage backup in our basement and had to replace the engineered wood floor that was existing. We decided to installed a 6" x 24" wood look porcelain tile which would give us the feel of wood but not need to be ripped up if we had another occurance. One thing we wanted to assure was that the install looked as much like wood as possible therefore the grout lines had to appear to be a part of the wood not a light grout line showing a the individual tiles. Needless to say the grout we chose ended up way too light so we contacted Atlanta Grout and Tile to stain the grout to the right color. Mic Dalt showed up to do the estimate, Mic was very polite and professional, he conducted himself in a very business like manor. Mic was armed latest technology to do his estimate utilizing an iPad and laser measuring device to generate an estimate that was emailed to me in less than 30 minutes. AG&T had the most competative price but that is just the beginning. The next morning AT&L's installer Ryan showed up on time to do the staining of the grout. Ryan was also very polite and professional. Ryan laid down a line of stain to ensure I was satisfied with the color which I was. Ryan began staining the grout and I was amazed that he did this all by hand using a specially modified brush. Ryan was extremely meticulous in doing the staining which I personally think was worth more than what they quoted because doing 6" x 24" tile is totally different from doing a standard square tile because of the stagger which required Ryan to do each 6" grout line individually rather than in a continuous line. The staining did take longer than anticipated but Ryan stayed until the job was done and it was perfect. I can't praise Atlanta Grout and Tile enough for their excellent work and professionalism. The following day I receive a follow up call from Mic Dalt to ensure everything was to my satisfaction which it was.

 + -1 moreI found this company to have excellent communication and service. Kathy was most helpful in getting my job scheduled prior to my moving into my new home and having the home cleaned. The technicians arrived promptly, as scheduled, and completed the work in an expedient manner. Both bathrooms have white tile and grout; the floor grout, in particular. being quite dirty. My tile is now sparkling white - I joked with the technicians that the bathrooms look like a blizzard is going on. I am thrilled that with ongoing use of a spray on maintenance product, my tile will stay clean and will be virtually maintenance free - no more scrubbing or using a squeegee on my glass shower doors!
