It was $2800 for four houses, including some code upgrades that are required in the area. They were punctual and efficient. They were on time and that's a big thing for me. They were also very professional.

They were supposed to come to my house between 2:pm and 4:pm, they did not come then one left a message saying that he was not feeling too good and he would be here as soon as he gets him self together, we waited in the house up to saturday thats when we got a nother provider, because no one returned my call, i called that company may be ten times until seven o'clock the next morning thats when they called after i had found some one else. I to pay an extra fee for another person. They were very un professional.

Our experience with them was awesome. We spent $215. They came out on a Saturday and the time frame from when we called to when he got here was less than an hour. We've had great service with them. Some people down the street are building a house and they're using them as well. We called 3 different places and they were the cheapest.

The technician was very helpful in answering our questions and recommending the correct filter to use so as not to block air flow. Suggested economical upkeep was not pushy, very courteous and genuine.

They had to return a second time to find a clogged main pipe under the house after installing a toilet that continued to flush slowly, but they were professional and returned promptly. they gave the initial estimate the next day after I first emailed them. I had used another plumber before I installed the new toilet who never did figure out why it was draining slowly.

They researched, ordered and installed parts for 40 year old "oddball" faucets. The alternative would have been to cut through the adjacent walls, completely cut out old faucets and install new ones. We're very satisfied.

Diagnosed heat pump problem. Ordered and replaced defroster board.

They were knock-out good. They were kind, courteous, effective, and great. I was very impressed. They showed up on time and did the work well. They even gave us a two-year warrantee rather than the one-year. I was very happy with the work.

The plumbing issue was resolved in an excellent manner. Two days after the air conditioning service was done, one of the air conditioning units stopped cooling (there was no problem with cooling prior to the servicing). They came back out, fixed the problem and did not charge me for the second visit.

I assume everything was fixed properly, because the rental company has had no complaints or call backs.........

This is the second time we've used Buzzell for a major job. (First time was to replace most of water pipes in the house.) A routine service call discovered a problem with the A/C unit, which was old and leaking water into the furnace because of a rusty coil and pan. Estimates to replace the coil or entire unit were provided quickly, and the pros and cons of each option presented clearly. We decided to pay a bit more and replace everything. Buzzell was able to schedule the work within a few days. The technicians arrived on time, the job was completed in a day, and they were very friendly and professional. We've compared Buzzell's rates with other companies and found they aren't the highest or lowest. We could probably save a bit if we went with a different company, but we appreciate the friendly, professional service.

I was scheduled for today at 8am. I got up earlier than I usually do so I would be ready for the repairman. 8 o'clock came and went. He finally showed up at 8:50. Honestly, he didn't seem very knowledgeable about my unit. He did agree that the power board needed to be replaced, so I asked him how much it would cost. He went to his truck to check prices, then he came back and said the part would be $375. That was NOT including the cost to install it. I knew that was unreasonable so I thanked him for his time, gave him my $20. off Angies List coupon, paid him the remaining $35. for the service call. I went online and found the part for less than $100. I will have someone else fix it for me. I would NEVER use or recommend this company.

Went excellent, technician was very courteous, informative and thorough. Found a power wire that was loose from the installation crew(different company) that if left alone would have eventually created a short and could have damaged the unit. He repaired it as part of the tune up service. Would highly recommend this company.

Great. We had a rusted out pipe under the house that caused water to leak out. Buzzell came out and saw what needed to be done and quoted a price but needed help. He returned the next day with a helper and went right at it. It took about 2 hours to complete, but we were very happy with the work. The crawl space under my house is very tight, but it didn't stop Buzzell. Thanks Buzzell Plumbing..

Plumber arrived in time and her finished repairs ahead of schedule, excellent service.

Service Tech (I apologize, I wish I could remember his name) was very nice. Handled the job quickly and professionally. He was very patient explaining to me how to operate the gas logs. I appreciate his help. Yes, I would recommend and use them in the future.

They were very responsive, all week they came, and everything was very excellent. It was a good experience. They're very excellent.

I called yesterday to get information on services and service area. They are based out of Warner Robins, about 20 miles from where I live.The first time I called, the receptionist was polite, asked if it was okay if she put me on hold, but then put me on hold and never came back. When I called back, she asked if she could put me on hold, and then immediately did before I could even respond. I hung up.Today I called for the third time and asked if I was in her service area. She replied with a quick "No". I asked if she could refer me to a plumber in my area, and again, I got a quick "No." So I asked if they did out of service calls, and again "No", but before she could even stop herself from her autoreply it had come out, and she backtracked, saying "Oh you know what, I'm not sure". She put me on hold, and came back saying they would but it would be 190 dollars just for the dispatch fee. I asked where their service are was, which is Houston County. I live 10 minutes from the Houston County line.190 dollars for an extra ten miles? Ha! I don't think so.Their phone manners are less than professional, and their rates reflect the fact that the general public is at their mercy for help. But thank the lord I found someone that did it for a way better price than they probably would have anyways.

They arrived on time. They performed the services at a reasonable price and I haven't had any problems since.

They replaced a shut off valve by my water heater. They were very timely. They did it in the middle of summer, so it was very hot.

Joe Gonzales showed up and was very professional. He was able to fix the leak so we could have water to the house again. I tried to repair it myself, but the plumbing lines were too confined. I will be calling Buzzell the next time I have plumbing problems.

I have been using Buzzell Plumbing for 3 years. The are very good and I am happy with their quality of work. The price is also reasonable. They fixed a clogged sewer line for me the last time I used them. They are always on time and they are very honest.

In one instance, they fixed a problem that could have been very difficult (It had apparently been a pre existing problem) and they fixed it in one shot. In another case, they fixed a problem I began when I was unable to change a fitting between a toilet tank and a bowl. They swapped out the bowl in minimal time. And they have been out servicing our Air Conditioners as well. They are great. Pete S., Macon Ga.
