See above. This was in a rural/suburban area and the price was about $10-20 higher than what I pay in a metropolitan area. However they did an outstanding job.

I think he took half of a day. He did pretty good and was responsive, but there were some things. Like I asked him for a loaner window air conditioning unit and he said he had one, then when I actually needed it he said he was sorry because they were all out. It was a little inconvenient. If I said I wanted it on a certain day, set it up for that day or if he's in that business to do that to have more. They don't cost a whole lot and they're a really nice customer convenience, so it would be nice if he had more of those things available for high work loading times like this. I was spending about $4,000, so it wasn't just something like a tune-up on my air conditioner or something. Also, I paid a little extra to have a cage put on the air conditioning unit so it wouldn't walk off and he really didn't do that until two months later or something like that. He did really good in some areas and then others not so good.

I think with Buzzell you will get true value for your dollar. I'm retired and living on my savings. Every dollar counts. From what I've previously read, the installer of HVAC makes the difference between a good and bad HVAC experience. For the last 9 years, I have seen the Buzzell trucks in my neighborhood coming in for both new and old construction. You don't develop that type of presence on bad experiences. So I had them look into my problem and their estimated price for a complete heat pump/air handler was in-line with others. I decided to go with Buzzell. Mark Buzzell was the man in charge and is one hard working SOB. He will personally talk to you and showed up on the job to make sure everything was right. His workers are courteous, on-time, hard working and efficient. I had some lower estimates but I think with Buzzell I got true value for my dollar.

They were prompt and professional. All calls are returned in a timely manner. The workers were very courteous. All of my questions were answered to thoroughly and patiently. Buzzell shared the rebates available from the power company. This took down the cost of the units. I have been very satisfied overall.

It was great. the installers and professional inspectors were all very respectful and careful with us and our family and dogs. the wiring was inspected and corrected and programmed before they left the property. They also filled out the rebates and form to claim for our tax rebates as well. Above and beyond. Before the replacement the also babied our original unit and kept it going until we could afford to make the repairs.

I had them come to inspect my heating and cooling system. It needed some freon but it was an old system sold I bought a new system. It seemed to be a good deal. I had called them right after they installed it for problems I was having and they came right away. The unit had iced up a couple times and had to defrost it. I think it was because I didn't change my filters.

They were fine. Because of the holiday they did not respond for a few days and we were able to fix the heater ourselves.

Suspecting that I might need to repair my furnace and duct work, I examined Angie's List and discovered the outstanding reputation of Buzzell Plumbing Heating & AC. I gave them a call. From the first contact to the last worker's departure, this was an example of what home repair should be and too often is not. The staff who took my initial inquiry were cordial and I quickly received the requested service call. The technician found that levels of CO emissions were above the legal limit and was, under state law, forced to shut off the gas supply to our furnace. He showed me photographs of the piece that was causing the problem, at the same time noting that my 40-year old duct work was in need of replacement. I asked that he have a sales representative call me and within a day I was contacted by Mark Buzzell. Mr. Buzzell carefully walked me through the needed repairs, presented several options, discussed financing, and patiently waited while my wife and I discussed our options. I conveyed our decision and the repairs began almost immediately. The first day of the repairs, Mr. Buzzell was onsite to make sure that the workmen understood what equipment was to be installed and what additional work needed to be done. He promised that the work would be done in five days, but redirected unexpectedly free workers from another location and the job was completed in four days. We were carefully briefed on all aspects of the new system and how it can be controlled through the thermostat. In sum, the entire experience was marked by a courtesy, timeliness, and professionalism that made a necessary but unwelcome repair as painless as possible. I would heartily reaffirm the other reviews on this list: Buzzell's is the way to go for heating and air conditioning work.

Worker informed me he had to determine why bathtub faucet is constantly leaking because all knobs were turned off very tightly. After removing each knob (3 total-Hot/Cold/Shower) it was determined that all the rubber gaskets were worned out and replacing them may or may not stop the leak due to the age of the pipes and enternal fixures. After replacing the rubber gaskets, the water was able to be shut off completely. I was informed that if the leak returned, then total replacement will be required..

We have used them 3 times in the last 11 years. They are punctual and they are good. We go through them for air conditioning, heating, and plumbing. We haven't had any problems.

It was good, but they did not service my area and wanted to charge $100 to come out. They were very nice and responded promptly.

Very professional and Brett was great at explaining what went wrong and how to prevent it in the future. Very impressed.

Good Afternoon, Service was not provided by Buzzell do to scheduling, no fault of the company. My A/c went out in my rental and I had to get the first appointment available. I am requesting a refund of the $49 deal that I purchased. Thank You, jerrod Kester

The service man was very personable and friendly. He cleaned out the mess left from the installation of a new unit. He checked the temp of the air from the vents in the house and realized it wasn't nearly cool enough.. He checked the line outside and found a blockage. He cleared and it's been working great since. I signed a 3 visit contract saying they will service my heat and air apt the beginning of each seasonal change.

Polite, explained things well, and could not be more pleased.

Wallace was very professional and very, very nice. I was given a two hour window, but he was here within 10 minutes of the 1st hour. General system check of hoses, Freon level and drain lines. Blower motor was OK. I signed up for a yearly service contract for 2 visits starting in the fall. I will definitely ask for Wallace as my technician. He serves and represents Buzzell very well.

I was very pleased with the fast response and quality repair. Their price was competitive and when they added an extra measure for prevention, they won me business. Although I wasn't happy about my 5-year-old unit breaking one month past the warranty, I was glad to find a service provider who lived up to their good reputation.

Bobby Mullis from Buzzell called to let me know he was near my house (I was still at work!). He was very gracious about my not being there and assured me he would call if he needed me to come home for anything. The inspection was performed - her even trimmed some stray (tall) weedy growth around my heat pump! He called after the inspection to let me know that everything was good, and sent an email to confirm his findings. Only at the end of the conversation, he mentioned that Buzzell offers a twice a year inspection for a very reasonable cost. There was no pressure at all. I plan on calling soon to set up those inspections! Very pleased.
