Owen plumbing restored my faith in companies that provide exceptional service and reliability. Bobby was highly professional, prompt, extremely efficient, persistent, and affordable. Worked in a torrential downpour and found an underground water leak near the slab on my house, and not only made the repairs but made several follow-up visits to ensure the leak was stopped. Additionally, he did not request and funds until I was satisfied with the repairs. I would encourage anyone in need of plumbing services to contact his company.

Iâ m very pleased with the service that I received from Owenâ s. We had a clogged drain which was backing up into everything and we couldnâ t flush our toilet as well. Everything is working well now and we really appreciate it.

We had a clogged drain in a second bathroom that overflowed into the tub. Even though it happened on Sunday night, Bobby Owen was at our home within an hour. The tools in his work van were well organized for easy access, and he arrived fully equipped to fix any problem without having to make a separate trip. Before clearing the drain, he used a snake with a camera attached to identify the exact location of the clog in the pipe. Bobby showed us what the camera had found (before and after) and exactly where the problem was in relation to a connecting drain in the master bathroom. We appreciated the fact that he showed us the clog on camera, explained what we needed to watch for in the future, and then cleared it all the way through to the master. Bobby worked quickly but thoroughly to fix the problem to our satisfaction (which the camera confirmed). He was friendly, well experienced, his price was fair. I have recommended Bobbie Owen to friends and neighbors.

owen was very friendly, upfront and honest. he even replaced an old tub drain for free after doing the initial job of snaking our drain.

The total cost was over amount quoted. Offered discount but then added additional service fees but didnt say bill would be much higher. A bill which was supposed to be $334 ended costing $438.50.He did do a good job. Make sure to ask if cost will change

Bobby is VERY experienced! I wasted my money on another company for three visits; shame on me! I HIGHLY recommend Bobby s company for your plumbing needs. Not only experienced, cordial and I found his price reasonable for all the work he did. I totally RECOMMEND him!!!
