They are excellent and extremely honest. They do not advise you have work done that is not needed yet. Once they charged half of what someone else was going to charge. We have come to rely on them and would highly recommend them.

I had been to another company the week before and got taken to the cleaners on a minor brake job with my wife's car (a Toyota). I also spent the entire day from 9am till 6pm waiting. So I knew when my car was acting up that I would not go there. Joined Angie's List and read the reviews on Tri Star. Went and checked them out. I appreciated them taking the time to look at my situation at no cost and told them I would be back the next day. I was in and out in under two hours at a very reasonable price. Also they have a very comfortable and neat waiting room where I was able to do some work on my laptop.

There is some more work I need to have done on my wife's car according to the first guys I went to, but I am definitely going to Tri Star to let them take care of it. Straight shooters, friendly, professional. Called my wife on the way home and told her these are our guys from now on.

My mother has used them. They have been great. Once she took her Toyota to a dealership and they kind of messed with her. They've told her that so many things are wrong with the car and it might take 7000$ to fix it. Then I asked her to take it to Tri Star Auto since I hear good things about them. She took her car there and they checked it and they said there is nothing wrong with the car. It just needs some basic service. When you take the car to Tri Star Auto, they keep records of every single thing that they recommend and if you choose not to do it, they will remind you when we go there the next time. They are fabulous. They have a good reputation in the town. They never mess with you. They are very respectful and they explain all the mechanical stuff in plain simple English. There charges are also very reasonable.

The work was great. They were upfront with me and let me know that I only needed the motor installed and didn't need the extra equipment. That wound up saving me $350.

They were excellent. They are on the AAA qualified list and I can get a discount for the future. They were wonderful and great. They did a very good job on the car. All the guys in there were super nice. Even though I am a woman, they explained everything. They were really nice about it. They also wrote a report and if I choose not to do any work that time and bring it back the next time, they would not charge for the diagnostic for the second time. I can get it fixed six, eight months or a year later. They were all very pleasant and nice. They explained everything that was worked on. They wrote on the paper. They gave me the report. They did a thorough job with the electrical. They didn't come back. They just told me what they found and what I asked. They didn't find 100 other things that were previously done. They were fair compared to the dealership price. Their response was great. They called back right away.

As usual, Leon Chosewood and his crew did an excellent job and always keep us informed of what is wrong, what is needed, and the cost. We use them every time we have a need with either of our vehicles.

Had Tri Star perform an emissions test on a 2002 Nissan Xterra while I was having the brakes serviced. Error message came up that the Catalytic Converter was not working properly. The guys at Tri-Star made the repairs. Very pleased as they are always very professional.
