Description of Work: I used Joe Tichenor from T & T to replace all the windows in my home; and also his crew to replace rotten wood and repaint the entire house. Joe listened to my needs, made great suggestions and made sure everything was carried out to his high standards.

Description of Work: T&T has top rated reviews and well deserves each and every one. After a long search and many over-the-top estimates, we thankfully landed on T&T Custom Crafts. What a blessing. Joe is everything you could hope for in a contractor - prompt, honest, sincere, and caring. Even more, Joe went above and beyond his original quote while helping us get our daughter's home to an acceptable state. | |My first meeting with Joe was detailed and informative. He thoroughly examined the home, gave us reasonable recommendations based on what he would do if it were his own home, and gave us several cost options as far as repairs and materials. We chose a lesser-priced cement board siding based on Joe's experienced recommendation and couldn't be happier with the end result. During the reno, several repair issues arose which Joe took care of without question and without additional expense. And all work was completed with great attention to detail. Description of Work: Joe was extremely prompt in replying and came out right away to take a look at the job. He gave me a fair bid and did so right away. I explain my situation and that it was a rental property and did not want to spend a lot of money but have certain requirements that has to be met. He proceeded to tell me exactly what he would do if the property were his own. Recognizing that that was the exact opposite of what would get him a new job. I followed his advice and ended up saving several thousand dollars on window replacements as well as caulking and repainting the house. I am very grateful for his honesty and I would highly recommend him.

Description of Work: The gentleman answered my first call. At first he wanted to push me off to someone else to come out and give me the quote. The longer we spoke, he decided he would come out in a couple of days and do the quote himself. Never heard anything back from him. We were told that we needed some hardiplank work completed. I noticed that this vendor had experience with hardiplank so I gave him the benefit of doubt and placed another call to him. Left message and never heard anything from him.

Description of Work: Joe is the best contractor we ever had and we have done several renovations and had our share of "experts". If you are in the market for windows call Joe without hesitation. He was very prompt in responding to our initial call, followed up with demo, quote and made the entire process very easy...actually enjoyable. His crew arrived and replaced all 19 windows in one day without any issues. They were very accommodating and cleaned up everything around. We replaced our windows on Wednesday before Thanksgiving so there was a lot going on but these guys made the entire process so smooth that we didn't notice they were replacing windows. As for windows, they are excellent and we love them: very quite, sealed, easy to open and clean. Should have done this long time ago! We have 15 more to go, need to call Joe to set things up.

Description of Work: We replaced 22 windows at our home and we installed cement board siding. We also repainted the front of our home which is brick. We received 4 bids before we made a decision. Joe's bid was by far the best value for the quality of products we chose to use. Joe's company had done work for one of our neighbors who replaced siding. We were very impressed with the way the job turned out and we received contact information for T&T Custom from them. We were very pleased with every aspect of the job.

Description of Work: Removed and replaced second story windows with energy efficient windows. They showed up on time with everything they needed to do the job safely and efficiently. They did a VERY clean job and courteous. They hauled off all the scrap material and did an excellent job of cleaning up the work site.
