Brad Parks Construction

After a county-wide hail storm damage was sustained by hundreds within our community, we were bombarded by out of town roofers and construction companies. My husband and I consulted with several local contractors and selected Brad Parks, based on key recommendations from neighbors and friends. Brad Parks name rose to the top. Mr. Parks responded to our request promptly and within a week came to our home to assess the damage and estimate the work required. His assessment coincided accurately with our insurance adjuster's estimate. Within a week of requesting his service, he began the work. Throughout the process, Mr. Parks kept us apprised of when and where the dumpster and shingles were to arrive, as well as when his staff would begin work. He estimated two days, however, he brought several workers who were able to complete the job in one day. He indicated that until he is able to see what is under the roofing tiles, he can not accurately determine the extent of the repair or the actual time it will take to complete the job. He is very clear about the caveats of his job and manages expectations of his clients. Mr Parks was on the job site working and coordinating with sub contractors all day. He was accessible, always willing to respond to our questions, and was flexible such that we felt he bent over backward to meet our needs. He had a phenomenal relationship with his staff and subcontractors. I will always seek his services for work related to all aspects of house construction and repair and I highly recommend him to anyone wanting quality work from someone who communicate and works well with his clients, staff, and subcontractors!
