We needed repair for smoke alarms, which really fell under electrician. They were very helpful,, however, prompt and answered many of our questions.

I had them come out for a consultation. We discussed camera placement and I received a fair quote. After receiving a few more quotes from other companies I decided to go with J&J Security. They even price matched one of the other quotes I received. On the day of the installation the tech confirmed the camera locations then got to work. He installed 4 IP Dome cameras in a fairly reasonable amount of time. He even had his other tech stop by to hide the ethernet cable from my NVR to the router (other side of the room). After installation I noticed a few wires were exposed and when the IR lights turned on that night there were smudges on the glass dome. I contacted the company and explained the issues and they had me setup another appointment for someone to come out and address. The tech came out and cleaned the glass as well as re-positioned a few of the cameras to help reduce the IR reflection at night. The tech also hid the small amount of exposed wires in some sort of conduit. I was very pleased that they took the time to address my issues without any extra charges. This company definitely values customer satisfaction.

The installer arrived on time. He looked at the equipment I purchased and talked with me to determine where I wanted the cameras installed. He was very patient as he answered my questions about the installation and how to access at home and remotely via my phone.
